I have pain in my ovary, green discharge. Been diagnosed with trichomonas. I talked with my 3 yr. Partners who admitted to recent short affair. After some fighting and name calling he took a test urine and blood yesterday. He calls me today and says hes negative for everything. And is now accusing me of an affair. He broke up with me. They said test would take 3 days for results. Is he lying. How could this be. Hes my only partner in over 3 yrs.

Welcome to our Forum. thanks for your question. I'll be glad to comment. Several comments:
1. Pain in the ovaries. Could you please describe your symptoms. Are you having a vaginal discharge? this would not be from the ovaries. Further, for you information, trichomonas typically does NOT cause ovarian pain but does cause vaginal discharge.
2. Trichomonas in men can be difficult to diagnose. Urine tests for trichomonas are available but not widely. There are no blood tests for trichomonas. The results would take several days to come back.
I hope that this information is helpful to you. I understand there may be additional questions. If so, please feel free to use your up to 2 follows to seek clarification. EWH

Yes my discharge was clear then went to yellow discharge now green discharge and pain in lower abdomen. They took swab vaginally and urine. Diagnosed with thric. My boyfriend had urine and blood yesterday today it's neg told to him. How could he be neg? How can I prove to him that he gave to me and he's got it. He won't take the metronidazole cause he don't believe he has anything. Therefore he will give to others. I have been only with him over 3 yrs. I need to prove to him both 1) he does have it and 2 ) it was from him and only him. So I get justice and no one else gets harmed.

Several comments. First you need to be sure that a test was done for trich and what kind of test - his urine test may have been done for other STIs (the infections most often tested for with urine at gonorrhea and chlamydia). Trich in men can go away without treatment so he may have had trich and not known it but given it to you , then had it go away.
finally, it is not my place to judge but you may not be able to prove that he had trich. If he had sex with another person and admitted it to you however, this may not be the right relationship for you. EWH

I don't know what kind of test he won't talk to me but I don't care about that. The blood test was a panel test for all STI /STD he named hiv and syvillis and etc... so if there is not blood test for trich why would dr. Blood test him and tell him neg for trich? Or urine test if its useless as well? He thinks he dont have and if hes sexually active with several more he will spread to innocent women. I need to get him to understand he has it if not before me (as he thinks) then from me cause i have it. How can i convience him to treat and stop the spread.

I'm sorry. None of us on this site have a means to help you convince your partner that he may have had the wrong tests or possibly that the doctor who saw him was mistaken. My advice is to be sure of your treatment and to move forward. You cannot make him do something that he does not want to do.
Our Forum guidelines permit u to three responses for each client. This is my 3rd response. Thus this thread will be closed in a few hours without further replies. I hope the information I have provided has been helpful. My closing advice is that, from the sounds of things, it would be best for you to focus on making sure you have been treated and to focus on taking care of yourself. EWH
