[Question #5702] Risk for hiv

Yesterday while with bar dancer , I sucked her nipples., I didn’t feel anything but she told milk is coming., I instantly left her., I didn’t feel even a drop of milk in my mouth but become worried.,as I regularly use tobacco inside my mouth so some abration is all the time in my mouth....kindly help me coming out of this and assess the risk for hiv

Welcome to the Forum. I'll be glad to comment.  In assessing your exposure, please remember that it is unlikely that your partner had HIV.  Even if she did, and even if you happened to ingest some breast milk, there would be no risk for acquisition of HIV form the episode you describe.  Ingestion on breast milk or other material containing HIV does not lead t infection in adults.  There is no reason for concern and no reason for testing of any sort related to the events that you have described.

 No, neither of the abrasions in your mouth nor your chewing tobacco change myopinion. I considered these variables in my original reply. Still a no risk event. EWH ---
