Hi Doctors, im sorry to came back. I just wanted to clarify various things that were passing through my mind.
On the last question i didnt say that the las time we ve done unprotected was the 25 of January and i get covid on the 20 of february, it dissapeared the 24 of the same month, the problem comes that i got a really bad flue (fever, skin rash...) the day 27-28 of february (33 34 days post the unprotected intercouse) in between the intercouse she gave me oral and nothing more. The second thing i want to clarify is that we have done it like 6 times and only the first one was protected (if it wasnt clear, now i know for certain that she has done this before). Now i am having really bad GI (4 days evolution)(no apetite and little fever, weight loss)problems at 4 months post this and im concerned if this is the onset of aids. The chelitis dissapeared but the white transparent membrane (inside my mouth) gets worse on the mornings (i see it worsen when im dehydrated) It doesnt hurt and i can quit it with my fingers.
My questions:
1. The time suggest ARS(the bad flue on 27 28 of february)? I read somewhere that it takes 2-6 weeks to appear, but on other sites it says 2-4 weeks.
2.My actual symptoms might be due to HIV or to AIDS? I read a lot on internet that not everyone is assymptomatic until AIDS.
3. My clarifications about my ex partner (1.5 month only realtion) makes it different in the risk assestment?
Again sorry for my english, i know that probably you will say that i must test but in the meantime i really need to know this questions.
Thanks a lot. Sorry again doctors.

Welcome back and thanks for the additional questions. "i know that probably you will say that i must test": Exactly right!
Enough time has passed since your last exposure for a conclusive test result. As for your current symptoms, they started too late to be caused by ARS, which does not cause GI problems as the main symptoms. And it's too early for overt AIDS. To your specific questions:
---1,2. The duration of ARS usually is 2-4 weeks, but occasionally might be as long as 6 weeks. Your symptoms aren't the expected ones for ARS, and there are no particular symptoms for AIDS itself. AIDS symptoms are those of any number of opportunistic infections (or more rarely, cancers) due to profound immune deficiency. Your symptoms are not typical for any of them.
3. No, this information doesn't alter my opinions or advice.
There is no point in continuing to wonder and worry. What are you waiting for? Just get tested, and relax as you wait for the result. I am very confident it will be negative. Let me know.

Thanks for your response doctor. Sorry if i wrote it bad but the Ars symptoms i am worried are the flue ones (high fever and skin rash(maybe from sweating???) and the time they started was on the 34th day. The onset shouldnt be before 4 weeks? The GI i dont associate them with ARS. This worried me a lot since i partially thought it was late for them to be ARS but i will wait for your reply.

Correct: All those symptoms were too late. Therefore, ARS/HIV is not the cause.
Get tested for HIV. I will have no more comments or advice until and unless you report the results of an HIV test. You have one more follow-up comment on this thread, and we will not answer another thread from you on this topic. So get tested and report the result.
Perhaps it will also help you to know that in the nearly 20 years of this and our previous forum, with thousands of questions from people worried about an exposure that might have resulted in HIV, none has yet reported that they tested positive. You will not be the first, especially in such a low risk situations and with the wrong symptoms.
ONLY an HIV result, please; otherwise this thread is closed.

I did a finger print test on a aphotecary/pharmacy. The pharmacist did the test. She got some problems taking the blood with the capillar but i dont think that alter the test. It came out negative!!!!!! I dont known the name of the test but is state subsidized so i asume is a good one, it was for antibodys. And because the risk was 4 months ago i am vert relaxed.
Thanks a lot for ecerything doctor. Muchisimas gracias de verdad, no sabe como le agradezco todas las respuestas. Thank you for cheer me up to test. I hope you have a beautiful summer time!!!!!!!
