Dear Doctor, I am sorry to back again Due to the back pain as an effect of continuous driving  I went to an Ayurvedic Massage center . Massage I received is hot oil and end of the massage I received an unprotected handjob . I understood handjob was never a risk of hiv but in my case masseuse use hot oil as lubricant while applying I can feel the heat but never noticed any burns or cuts . My worry is that is this hot oil will damage the cells and it will lead to Hiv infection . My penis is circumcised (due to yeast infection happened earlier as reactions of diabetic medicine)
Symptoms
1) After the couple of days, suddenly I am getting mild headaches during ejaculation during  sex and masturbation which last for some times. This is getting better now
2) after couple of weeks one pimple appeared in the bottom of the shaft and went of in day (previously also I have pimples on the scrotom and Bottom of the shaft which usually come and go )
3) Due to the last episode I have already did full STD PANEL and every thing was negative except chlamydia IGM this was  almost one month before this handjob.

Doctor what do you think about my risk of catching HIV or Std . Do I need to go for further testing.
I didn’t noticed any blood on the masseuse hands and I only touched her breast

This is happened in Dubai and Masseuse was Indian Even though these is a licensed massage center they are providing sexual services for the clients

From my last reply in your previous thread:

Please note the forum policy against repeated anxiety driven questions on the same topic. This being your third, it must be your last that asks anything about the sexual exposure described here or your concerns about any infection from that event. Thank you for your understanding.

We previously discussed the absence of risk for any HIV or any STD from such an exposure, and using warmed oil for lubrication makes no difference. Your symptoms have nothing to do with that event and you do not need any more testing of any kind. There will be no discussion, and any further questions about this event and your symptoms will not receive even this much reply but will be deleted without any reply at all. Do your best to move on without worry.
