Thanks Dr. Hook for all comments and I just need to know about Dr. handsfild opinion about my situation and my scenario and percentage of my risk for that scenario

I had 4th generation test today and just waiting for results.

Just I have a few questions on my mind:

1-so dr hook believe that the Ars comes like sever flu like high fever bodyaches and bad sore throat, which is I had all of these symptoms a month after my exposure and severe cough but I didn’t have Arash or Swollen lymph nodes

Can Ars appear with no rashes and swollen lymph nodes ?

2- I didn’t get fully erection on thats time that’s why the condom slipped down (just cover the head of penis)

Is it possible to blood or vaginas fluid goes under the rim from top of shaft and caused hiv infection ?

3-dr all your confident about my results to come back negative?

Welcome back to the Forum although I am sorry you found it necessary. Persons are not permitted to ask which of us will be replying to their questions. The reason for this is the Dr. Handsfield and I have worked together for more than 40 years and NEVER disagree on the facts of our answers although our verbal styles may vary. I will be addressing your repetitive questions. The answers are not going to change. Straight to your questions:

1. As I said earlier the classical ARS is a combination of symptoms with typically include severe sore throat, high temperature and widespread severe joint or muscle aches. Some persons (but not all) also experience a rash, diarrhea or generalized swollen lymph nodes but not all.

2. No. As I told you, as long as the condom did not come completely off and as long as it covered the head of your penis, you were protected.

3. Very confident.

4. No, I explained the timeline of the ARS above.

Dr hook and Dr handsfild thank you for everything. My test results 4th generation came back negative today.

This website helped me to put aside the fear and finally take the test after a few years and get rid of this anxiety forever.
