Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. I'll be glad to provide some comments.
The "bumps" you describe in the pubic region following receipt of oral sex sound more like folliculitis than other somewhat more concerning STIs. This is a common location for folliculitis to occur and an uncommon area for other STIs such as syphilis or herpes.
On the other hand, urethral discharge of the sort you describe following receipt of unprotected oral sex (your genital sex was condom protected and thus, unlikely to be the source of your discharge as long as the condom was worn throughout the encounter) may represent one of the STIs you describe. The most likely STIs would be with gonorrhea or NGU as chlamydial throat infections are very rare and even when they occur, are infrequently transmitted. NGU originating from receipt of oral sex appears to arise from the introduction of normal oral bacterial into a part of a person's body where they do not typically occur- i.e. mouth bacteria being introduced to the penile urethra. I would suggest seeking evaluation. Treatment for gonorrhea and chlamydia would certainly cure NGU if that is the problem.
I hope this perspective is helpful. If you wish to provide more information or have additional questions, please use your up to 2 follow-ups for clarification. EWH

30 hours is a bit early for development of STI related discharge. In addition, for the discharge to get much better without treatment is unusual. Do you think the discharge you noted might be something else? Was it noticed on awakening (nocturnal genital secretions are well described)? EWH---

It was in the afternoon and evening and it was a solid white discharge, and I had burning during discharge, that changed to burning after urination and now no discharge or pain, would lotion or soap that got into urethra cause this type of reaction

Yes, certainly if lotion or soap were introduced into the urethra it might cause the sort of irritation and discharge you describe.
We typically provide up to three responses to each client's questions. This is my 3rd response so this thread would normally be closed at this time but I'll be able to take one more follow-up if you wish. Bottom line however is that, if the discharge has persisted, you may want to get it evaluated. EWH
