[Question #10081] Happy ending

Hello I visited a massage parlor and received a happy ending.
The girl was clothed the entire time. I received a light massage with oil followed by a hand job with oil. She did have a thong on and I touched her bare butt just the cheeck.
The next day I had an IBS flare up with cramping and soreness on the tip/opening of my penise. Both symptoms have persisted for 5 days now. Usually my IBS doesn't last this long. I'm very concerned I cought something due to my symptoms. Ive read a lot of your simulator questions and answers but not all of them have symptoms like me. I understand Chances are low but with my luck I'd be the guy to break the odds. What should I do?

Assuming your happy ending was a hand job, there was no risk at all for any STI. None ever are transmitted by hand-genital contact. And of course the massage itself was risk free as was touching a partner's body, including the buttock area. No STD can cause symptoms of any kind after only a day, and cannot cause of a change in irritable bowel syndrome symptoms. If those symptoms are related at all to the massage etc, it's through a psychological connection: Â anxiety and other emotional issue certainly can affect IBS symptoms.
"What should I do?" Nothing. There is no need for testing or anything else. If you have a regular partner, you can continue your usual sex life and sexual practices with no risk at all.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear. Best wishes--

You have been helpful. I just need to figure out my lower pelvic cramps and discomfort of my penis tip. Thank you for your time.

Low pelvic pain and penile discomfort are hallmarks of genitally focused anxiety. Use the forum's search function and look for text words "genitally focused anxiety". There are at least 100 discussions of it, and you'll see exactly these symptoms -- and their physiologic basis -- in many of them.---

Thank you I'll search those terms. I might see two tiny pimple like spots on the on the bottom side of my penis. I don't look here often not sure what to think of that.

No STI causes "tiny pimple like spots". Please believe me: you have no STI worries from this event. Any and all symptoms or health problems you have going forward are not possibly related to your massage and happy ending. Don't confuse your anxieties over a sexual decision you regret with STI risk from it; they aren't the same. And stop examining your penis! There is no information that will come to mind that has any chance of changing my evaluation and advice. These events were no more risky than shaking hands with someone.
That completes the two follow-up exchanges included with each question and so ends this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful. Do try not to worry: you can move on without giving these events another thought.
