Welcome back to the forum although I’m sorry you felt the need. On this occasion, your follow-up questions happen to be assigned to me and I will be responding. In preparing to do so, I reviewed your earlier interactions with Dr. Handsfield and agree with all that he said. This is not an STI!. Receipt of masturbation does not lead to transmission of STI infections, including herpes. Further, if this were herpes, by now, you would have shallow ulcerations typical of herpes. This is not what you described. The lesions, the irritation that you describe could be due to repeated self examination or, if you were doing so, application of topical substances, which can sometimes be irritating.
My advice is to look for other causes of the irritation, to not examine yourself repeatedly if you were doing so, and to seek evaluation by a dermatologist. Testing or treatment for STI‘s has no role in dealing with the problems you described. EWH.

Sorry for the delay. Ok I understand and trust you and Dr.Handsfield. There's no signs of blisters. I'm going to go to the doctor for the burning issue maybe I have a UTI? Or a yeast infection. I still have pubic area dull ace sometimes a little hire. I've been stressed out lately I lost a friend recently he was an EMT like me. This event hasn't helped. I'm 39 if I didn't mention. Thank you for your service you and Dr. Handsfield are wonderful people.

Thanks for the additional information. At your age prostate infections or urinary tract infections do occasionally occur but if that is the problem, it is most typically characterized by burning on urination, not the sort of irritation you describe. A UTI should show up on a urine test.
Given your profession, a groin injury sustained by lifting in the course of your work could explain the pubic area ache. Please don't worry about STIs. EWH

Thank you. We do lift a lot. Well when I have to urinate it burns more than feels better after I do. Well I'll get the urine test done. Thank you for your time.

Glad I could help. Again, like Dr. Handsfield, I remain confident that this is in no way due to an STI acquired through the masturbation episode we've been discussing. EWH---
