[Question #10103] I think this was no risk, but would like to confirm

I had a conclusive negative HIV test 3 weeks ago.

1 week ago I met a white woman in her late 20s visiting from out of town, through a hook up app.

She masturbated me with her breasts for a few minutes, using her a small amount of her saliva as lube (1-2 ml maybe). She didn’t directly spit on my penis, she spit on her hand and transferred from her hand to her breasts maybe several seconds before she masturbated me with her breasts.

We also engaged in minimal light closed mouth kissing for no more than few seconds and she gave me fully condom protected fellatio for a few minutes.

1) Would I be correct in saying this is zero risk for HIV?

2) Am I correct by being confident I do not need another HIV test because of this encounter?

Thank you so much.

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your confidence in our service.  I'll be glad to comment.

Statistically it is unlikely that your partner had HIV (or any other STI) and even if she did, the activities you describe did not put you at risk for HIV or other STIs.  HIV is not transmitted in saliva and certainly in to transmitted through transfer of saliva on a persons ands to another person's genital.  In answer to your questions:

1.  Yes, the activities you describe were zero risk for HIV.
2.  I see no reason for concern about the activities you describe, nor do I see any medical or scientific reason for testing of any sort.

I hope that this information is helpful.  EWH
