Hello doctors, so 15 days ago I’ve meet an expensive Moroccan sex worker in Dubai at a night club.

We’ve kissed each other, I’ve kissed and sucked her nipples.

There was no oral or penetrative sex of any kind, I was wearing underwear and she was also, so she rubbed her vagina very hardly and for short period of time on my penis with me wearing underwear and I think she was also was wearing underwear. she gave me handjob without me ejaculation، I believe all these are no risk right?

what scared me the most is I have a hangnail or a cut beside my nail with a far tiny blood spot it’s not bleeding at all, I don’t know where I got it is because of my cutting my nail or she bites my finger very gently before we met.

Anyways i touched her vagina with my fingers including the one with a cut, I don’t know if I touched a vaginal fluid or not, after that I start to mastrubate alone without washing my hand.

Also after we’ve finished, my friend took her and after they finished she kissed me on my lips as “ goodbye “ I’m concerned if my lips came to contact with semen, I didn’t feel a thing but my mind tell me to worry as if she blow my friend and kissed me afterwards.

Welcome to the Forum.  Thanks for your questions.  I'll be glad to comment.  The activities and experiences you describe did NOT put you at risk for HIV or any other STI.  There are many reasons I say this with confidence.  Let me tell you some of them:

1.  Commercial sex workers in Dubai rarely have HIV or other STIs.
2.  Even when partners are infected, STIs are not easily transmitted through a single exposure.  Even most unprotected exposures to infected partners do not result in infection most of the time.  In the case of HIV, fewer than 1 in 1000 exposures lead to infection.
3.  In your case, there was NO meaningful exposure.  HIV is not acquired through clothing, even if the clothing is wet with genital secretions and is not acquired from sucking the breast of an infected person.  It is also not acquired when cuts, abrasions or hangnails are directly exposed to vaginal or other secretions during through masturbation.
4.  HIV is not transmitted through kissing or transfer of saliva (from her) or indirect transfer of your friend's genital secretion's on her lips to you as she kissed you.

To summarize, the exposures you describe were no risk for HIV or for other STIs.  There is no reason for concern and no reason for testing.  Please don't worry.  EWH

Thanks doctor for your help, everytime I am trying to move on night sweat reminds me of the exposure. It’s only come when I am trying to sleep but when I wake up I don’t fine myself sweating or find anything on my bed, pillow.

Yesterday I slept at 5:30 AM and didn’t sweet at all.

Today I slept at 4:30 AM and I was sweating especially in the neck but again only when I am trying to sleep, nothing when I wake up.

This night sweet really scares me is a symptom, it’s the only symptom I am having after 17 days now, no fever nothing but night sweat, and probably mild, very mild diarrhea

Night sweats are a nonspecific symptom which can arrise from non-infectious causes including reflux, a problem which often accompanies anxiety.  Once again I encourage you to move forward without concern regarding the no risk event you described.  EWH ---
