was the test done to early it was 2 days shy of 4 weeks?
my symptoms are red in urethra if i open the tip and look in i see how red it is! along with after urinating i get a weird feeling at the tip that last for a bit as well of a random itch feeling / pinch type feeling if that makes sense. im going to try and schedule a urologist but wanted to speak with you all first. the itch is annoying it comes and goes i can wake up to it or just be deriving and it happens.. could it be hsv in the urethra? even tho the test should negative?

Welcome back to the forum. Thanks for your continued confidence in our services.
You say nothing about your partner, so I cannot judge your STD risk from that standpoint. Presumably she was a one-time or at least non-monogamous partner, and maybe a sex worker? In any case, it is clear you acquired no STD. Your urinalysis was normal inducing no infection. The gonorrhea and chlamydia tests were conclusive; you have neither one. Technically, the blood tests all are too early. However, the only blood tests you needed were syphilis (RPR) and HIV. They are nearly conclusive, and almost certainly you do not have HIV or syphilis, but for 100% certainty you could repeat them 45 days (or more) after the sexual event. You can expect negative results. There was no possibility of HCV; and herpes (HSV) testing wasn't necessary -- anyway a negative result isn't reliable until 12 weeks after exposure.
Your previous thread almost 3 years ago also concerned penile symptoms that didn't turn out to be caused by any STD. I'm quite certain that's the situation now as well. No STD is a possible cause of the things you describe. Among other things, STD symptoms would be continuous, not on and off as you describe. It seems to me that when you've had a sexual experience that worries you or that you regret, you develop what we call genitally focused anxiety. If so, your symptoms are not due to any infection but just anxiety raising your awareness. Anxiety doesn't create symptoms out of the blue, but it can greatly magnify minor day to day symptoms or even normal sensations that otherwise wouldn't be bothersome or you might not even notice.
If you feel you need further advice about it, feel free to go ahead with seeing a urologist. However, I am confidence s/he will find nothing wrong that needs treatment. And I cannot recommend any treatment that would help. I'm confident your symptoms will be gone once you fully understand -- emotionally as well as intellectually -- that you have no medical condition from the sexual exposure about a month ago.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

My partner was met on a dating app , im 29 she was 35 so as far as knowing her past we had only talked maybe 2 weeks before this encounter and then stopped talking afterwards. i forgot to add earlier this week my throat started getting sore didn't think much of it then few days later noticed white splotches on my tounge and when looked in the mirror there was quite a bit of red dots! i went to a clinic and they just said maybe bacteria and prescribed fluconazole 100mg qty-5 . he then said maybe test for syphilis again ?? ( i did go down on the girl for maybe 30 seconds )
it seemed to work i took the last pill last night and noticed tip of my tounge is kinda sensitive still so looked in the mirror and its about the same just not as red. could this be a concern?
as far as the penile concerns. i get that itch feeling at random , also get a pulse feeling if that makes sense? as well as some times discomfort after urination but not every time. will also get a throbbing feeling in the tip at times and when i look in side its red and looks puffy! there has been some spots inside the opening and ive had them examined and got told could be a blood vein some say they don't know what it is but when the urethra is really red that spot gets really big and goes back to small size later. around the meatus opening gets red as well but how much its red or puffy varies throughout the day as well ( sorry anything sounds repetitive im just trying to use my responses carefully with as much description as i can include )
is there any chance the tounge is associated with a std?
is there any tests you think i need to redo blood work wise , and or include like mgen ?
Thank you for your reply!

Your oral symptoms suggest a minor viral upper respiratory infection, not an STD. Conceivably inflammation from a yeast infection, which could have been acquired by cunnilingus (oral-vaginal contact). Your doctor apparently suspected yeast, not a bacterial infection: yeast is the only medical condition treated with fluconazole.
Your penile symptoms don't fit with any STD, and I'm pretty sure the appearance of your meatus (urethral opening) isn't abnormal; more likely noticing normal appearances because you're worried and looking too closely. I suggest no self examination of any kind: if you don't have obviously discharge from the urethra, you can be confident you have no infection there. Your tongue also doesn't sound abnormal from your description, and no STD is a possible cause of the sorts of things you describe. And you describe a partner who probably is unlikely to have an active STD.
All is well. You don't need any further testing. Of course you are free to see a doctor in person if you remain concerned about your symptoms, but aside from the possibility of a transient yeast infection from performing oral sex on your partner, I am confident you have no infection of any kind from the exposure described.

He prescribed the fluca zone due to asking if I had been on any antibiotics recently I told him a fee weeks ago I was on amoxcillion due to a tooth filling.
I have decent bit of bumps on my tongue atm difference in sizes range. And side of my tongue feels kinda puffy..
Is there any way this could be hpv due to bumps that aren't really that tiny.. and to me seeing some prices of skin that seem to stick up like a start of a wart or something?
Idk if I need to go to dentist or back to a dr ? Or if it could be done online since it's the weekend?

HPV cannot show up sooner than several weeks after exposure, and often not for a year. And your description doesn't suggest HPV either.
See your doctor if you remain concerned about your tongue. But trust me on this: it is not an STD of any kind. Period, full stop. Believe it.
That completes the two follow-up exchanges included with each question and so ends this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful.
