Hello doctors, i came again to ask you a question
13 days ago i recieved unprotected oral sex from a women
Last saturday i had protected intercouse with a woman i met, protected oral and protected sex
The same day at night i trained my abs and went for a run
The day(sunday) after i felt a slight tingle/slight pain in my right testical
I still feel slight tingle in my right testical till now, its not major and i went for a run yestarday in which i didnt feel any major fain but i did feel the tingle tough
I will add that my legs and abs are still sore from the workout i had at saturday (upper thighs and calves and everything)
I dont think i have a swell and this once happened to me last year also after protected sex with my left testical
Could this be gonorreha or chlymidia?, maybe related to the oral sex i had 2 weeks ago?
What do you think,

Welcome back to the forum. Thanks for your continued confidence in our services.
Testicular pain is rarely an STD symptom, and I've never heard of testicular "tingling" associated with STDs. The only STD likely to cause testicular pain is epididymitis, and that's not a subtle or mild problem; typically there is severe pain and obvious enlargement and tenderness to the touch. (Only half jokingly, STD experts speak of recognizing epididymitis patients as they approach the clinic registration desk, from the way they walk because of the pain.) And having reviewed your previous threads, plus your recollection of similar (it seems) pain after another sexual exposure, I have to suspect this is nothing more than an anxiety related symptoms due to your nervousness about STD risk. And of course your muscular pains are the result of exercise; no STD would cause such symptoms.
It is clear from all your forum questions (this is the fourth) that you get nervous about STD risk after every such event. However, none of your symptoms in any of those threads was typical for any STD, and to the extent you have been tested, presumably all results were negative. You're going about your non-monogamous sex life with near maximum safety, since oral sex is low risk and condom protected vaginal sex almost entirely risk free.
As for gonorrhea or chlamydia from oral sex, almost certainly not. Urethral (penile) gonorrhea almost always causes very obvious symptoms -- pus dripping from the penis, painful urination; and oral chlamydia is rare and almost never transmitted by oral sex. In fact, there have been very few if any proved urethral chlamydial infections acquired by oral sex. And although either of them can cause epididymitis, I'm confident that's not the explanation for your testicular discomfort.
Of course you are free to get tested for STDs if the anticipated negative results would help you stop worrying. This doesn't mean I believe there is really any signficant risk -- I mention testing only as a possible route to greater reassurance.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear. Best wishes and stay safe.
