Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.
No STDs are transmitted by hand-genital contact, even without protection like condoms or gloves, and even if genital fluids are used for lubrication. Nobody can say the risk is zero, but even the busiest STD clinics never (or only extremely rarely) see patients with any STD who had not had an obvious truly risky exposure, like unprotected sex with an infected partner. Certainly there is no apparent risk for the hepatitis B virus (HBV) in particular.
That HBV has been reported to be detected on persons hands is irrelevant. It take much more substantial exposure than the tiny amount of virus on hands to allow another person to be infected. For example, the household members of people with hepatitis B never catch it even after years of sharing the same toilets, kitchens, and sometimes sharing beds with the infected person (of course assuming they are not also sex partners, and no sexual abuse of children).
Also, depending on your age and where you are, you might have been immunized against HBV, which for 20-30 years has been a routine childhood vaccine even in many then-developing countries. If you have been vaccinated, you can safely assume no risk for hepatitis B even with unprotected vaginal or anal sex.
So all is well -- I see no need for you to be concerned or to be tested for HBV. However, if you remain concerned and are uncertain whether you were vaccinated, a blood test can tell if you are immune. But even you have not been vaccinated and a blood test shows you are not immune, you really needn't worry. This kind of sexual exposure is entirely free of risk for HBV.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Even when antibody level drop to low levels in the years after HBV immunization, there is still substantial protection. And even if you had not been vaccinated, this event was zero risk. Personally, if I were in your situation, I would not be tested at all. But you certainly could do that if you remain worried.---

I'd just advise continuing with safe sex whenever you have new or non-monogamous partners -- of which this event was a good example.
Thanks for the thanks. I'm glad to have helped.
