Welcome back to the Forum although I'm sorry you found it necessary.  On this occasion your follow up questions were assigned to me so I will be answering rather than Dr. Handsfield.  To prepare to respond I reviewed your earlier interaction with Dr. Handsfield and agree with all that he said.  Your language is fine and your message is clear.

One of Dr. Handsfield's final responses was - "So all is well -- I see no need for you to be concerned or to be tested for HBV. However, if you remain concerned and are uncertain whether you were vaccinated, a blood test can tell if you are immune. But even you have not been vaccinated and a blood test shows you are not immune, you really needn't worry. This kind of sexual exposure is entirely free of risk for HBV."  I agree with this.  That your masseuse may not have changed gloves between masturbating different people (which I suspect is unlikely) is a NO RISK event.  No STIs, including hepatitis B are not transferred from person to person by genital to hand to genital contact.  This is safe sex.

There is no medical or scientific reason for concern related to the encounter that you describe.  Even if the masseuse did not change gloves, this was still a no risk event for any STI.  Please don't worry.  EWH

Hello dr Hook
I am always very impressed with your responses on this site, it’s so comfortable.
Ok sir i have one concern with the larg penis opening ،but if you agree with dr HHH , i will try to keep going and no need to test for HBV.
Last question

The size of the opening of your urethra does not change my assessment.  This was still an entirely no risk encounter.  There is no reason related to this encounter for you to be worried about unprotected intercourse with your wife.  EWH---

I am not sure what you mean by "give me your recommendation in the future".  If there are additional questions, either Dr. Handsfield or I will respond.  We have worked together for over 40 years and while our choice of words may differ, the facts of our advice are always the same.

We provide up to three responses to each client's questions.  This thread will be closed shortly.  Please don't worry.  EWH

This will be my final response:

For casual relationships with penetrative sex, correct and consistent condom use remains the best way to avoid STIs, including blood borne infections such as hepatitis B and HIV.  Non-penetrative sexual activities such as receipt of masturbation or body to body rubbing are safe sexual activities with no risk of STIs.

For long term, monogamous relationships in which both partners do not have other partners, testing for STIs once at the beginning of the relationship can build confidence that STIs will not be a concern.

This completes this thread.  There should be no need for further questions related to the encounter you describe.  In terms of further knowledge about risk and STI transmission, I would encourage you to review other questions and their answers on the forum.  We make them available to clients at no cost for their educational value.

This thread is now over and will be closed.  Take care.  EWH
