Hello I'm back my issue never went away and has gotten a little worse.
 Just a recap.
Incident of a happy ending hand job only 6/15/23 I felt the next day a stinging at the tip of my penis. It comes and goes but the last few days it's worse.
06/29/2023 I went to the urgent care and saw a nurse practitioner. I showed her the Opening of my penis the has to bumps small but not normal. She said I don't see signs of any std. Urinalysis was done and it was normal.
I tried to move on but the discomfort is still there and worse the last 2 days and the opening of my penis the bumps on either side are a little bigger. They kind of look like lips. Just inside my urethra I saw a white spot. Not sure what to do or think.

Just a back story 5 years ago I had very similar symptoms after an std exposure.  I had penises tip pain for a few months then finally one lession showed up and the penis tip pain eventually went away. I don't know what herpes I have but it was looked at by a Dr. And confirmed.
Question could I just be having a flare up of when I first got herpes? Or did I catch the other herpes I don't have?  I've been super stressed lately and thought a message might help but it's turned into a nightmare.

A visual diagnosis of herpes is inadeqaute.  You need an IgG test to tell if you have HSV and which type.  At this point, it is all speculation.
I believe that we might have spoken before and I reassured you that a hand job is not a method of transmission of HSV, either type.
If indeed you do have HSV genitally, which we don't know, your stinging could be a reactivation of that infection or something entirely different.
But I can reassure that you didn't catch a new strain of herpes from a hand job. I'm wondering why you don't believe me?

Thank you for the response and I believe your advice that I didn't catch anything from the incident.
What should I do about my symptoms since my urine test was clear?
If I had caught anything from the incident would a white blood cell count be up in my urine analysis? The NP told me it would have shown something.
I'll visit my doctor and ask for the blood test you recommend.

I don't know what you should do about the symptoms except follow up with your doctor when you go to talk about the herpes test.
White cells in urine indicate an infection.
You do not catch an STI having a hand job.  Period.  End of story.

Sounds good I will do that. I read through your past questions and answers and I enjoy what I learn. One of my favorite things about your service is  how blunt you guys are when you need to be. I wish I could do that when I'm working on the ambulance. Keep up the strong work your teams guidance and patience is needed.
