Hi Experts, Before 1 year before i had sex with call girl. Unprotected oral sex only but i saw little blood at her mouth. After one month i had rash at legs. After 3-4 weeks i had the same rash and then nothing. Can an HIV rash come and go; i did not have fever but i think i was a little fatigue. Can be an arsh rash? I am very worried.

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our services.
The sexual exposure you mention was no risk at all for HIV. The virus has never been scientifically proved to be transmitted mouth to penis. If that occurs, it is extremely rare. Based on how people believe they were infected with HIV -- which often is mistaken -- CDC has estimated a risk of one chance in 20,000, if the oral partner has HIV. That is equivalent to receiving BJs by infected partners once daily for 55 years before transmission might be likely. In addition, it is very unlikely your "call girl" partner had HIV. Even among the most sexually active female sex workers, in most geographic areas under 1% have HIV. So combining both the low chance your partner has HIV and the extreme rarity it would be transmitted by oral sex, there is no chance you are infected yourself.
The skin rash of HIV is body wide, not involving only a leg or other localized site; occurs only with other symptoms of ARS, i.e. acute HIV infection (sore throat, fever, enlarged lymph nodes) 1-2 weeks after catching the virus, and then clears up. Recurrent rash for a year cannot possibly be caused by HIV -- it does not come and go.
For those reasons, you can be sure you do not have HIV. If you continue to worry about it, however, you could have a blood test for HIV. This does not mean I believe there is any chance you have it -- but some worried persons are more reassured by negative test results than by professional advice, no matter how expert. If you decide to be tested, you can be sure of a negative result.
I hope these comments are helpful and have stopped your worry about it. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Thank you for your answer, i really appreciate that you answered me so fast.Maybe because my English are not so good i did not understand very well. I had an rash at both legs and then after 3-4 weeks of the first rash i had the same rash at both legs too. Can be Ars symptom?i mean the rash is possible to come back after 3 weeks?

From your description, it is 100% certain your rash is not due to HIV. The ARS rash does not last more than 2-3 weeks, and does not come and go.
If you remain worried about it, have an HIV test. But there is no point in further discussion otherwise. There is nothing you will think of that would change my advice.

Correct statement: I'm glad you understand.
That concludes this thread. I hope you found my replies useful. You can move on with complete confident your rash is not due to HIV.
