[Question #10230] Visiting Strip Club

Greetings Doctor Hunter
I wanted to ask the following question regarding my visit to strip club yesterday evening. I was approached by a stripper and she persuaded me to get a lap dance. I was very clear from the beginning that I am not doing anything risky. I didnot have any kind of sex ( vaginal, anal, oral ). I was very conscious and meticulous when she took me to have the lap dance. I made sure that she did not do any grinding. I made her sit on my thighs and using my bare palms pressed her breasts(she was wearing bra). She even revealed her nipples but didnot touch them. I also pressed her buttocks butt cheeks thighs and legs and she touched my neck and back of my head. No kissing of any kind. While I was pressing her I was constantly checking on her body if she had any scars or bumps. I could not visibly see anything and to me her skin was clear. The dance was for 5-10 mins and once done I left. I also washed my hands with sanitizer before leaving. I was fully clothed wearing a jeans pant underneath I had a shorts and underneath that had my underwear. I did feel that I had precum discharge. Based on this whole event described in detail I wanted to know if I had any risk of getting HIV or any STDs. Please clarify. Do I need to do any kind of testing. I was fully clothed and Only my palms were on the strippers body . So does this kind of non sexual activity lead to any remote risk of hiv/std transmission. I am a family man and I am scared of having normal unprotected sex with my spouse. I even checked my palms immediately after the lapdance. I don’t see any blood or sweat visibly. So please advise

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your questions and for your confidence in your service. The encounter you describe was, without a doubt, entirely and completely safe with no risk whatsoever for HIV or any other STI. These infections are no transmitted by touching of the sort you describe and do not pass through clothing. These infections are not transmitted through contact with saliva or sweat. No risk whatsoever Therefore:
There is no need for concern about HIV or other STIs.
There is no medical or scientific reason for testing.
There is no reason to avoid unprotected sexual contact with your wife.
I hope that these reassurances are helpful to you. EWH

Thanks Dr Edward. Apologize for addressing Dr Hunter.
Really appreciate for the help and support. Its basically guilt and fear that made me ask this question and now that you clarified is a big relief. I am not going to indulge in these kind of activities in the future.

Thanks Doctor. So am I all good to go. You said "there is medical or scientific testing required". Does this apply to both HIV and all kinds of STDs
I was going thru other questions here and i see that in one of the responses it was mentioned that "Without a bare penis (no condom) inside another person's vagina, rectum or (maybe rarely) mouth, there is no risk -- period. The same is true for other STDs as well."
I want to again reiterate that my cause of fear is 1) I used my palms on the strippers butt cheeks thighs neck and breasts and she was wearing a thong and she sat me on me close to my genitals but i never allowed to do grinding. I was wearing a jeans and underneath had a cotton shorts and underneath that i had my underwear.
APologize for being paranoid but can you please confirm for the above and a reassurance that i can move on with my life and leave behind this

Yes, my response applies to both HIV and other STIs. The contact of any part of your hands, including the palms with any part of the stripper's body, including her neck, thigh's, breast and butt cheeks did not put you at risk for any STI, including HIV. The presences of sweat, genital secretions or other body fluids would not change this.
No need for concern, no need for testing. EWH

Thanks Doctor.
You are also confirming that there is absolutely no risk of transmission through clothing.

Correct- STIs, including HIV are NOT transmitted through clothing, even if the clothing is thin and/or gets wet with genital secretions. No risk.
We provide up to three responses to each client's questions. Therefore, this will our final response and the thread will be closed shortly after the response. Take care. Please don't worry. EWH
