my last exposure was 3 months ago, I tested negative twice , the first test was 6 weeks after exposure and the the second was 10 weeks after the exposure , both test from a clinic that looked to be not trustworthy , so I changed to a different clinic and the result is also negative and I trust the new clinic more , so my question is can I trust the one HIV test that was made from the new clinic and put it on the past ? the anxiety is killing me

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your question. Each of your tests was taken at a time when currently used HIV antigen/antibody tests provide conclusive results (6 weeks). Your last two tests were taken at times when tests which test only for HIV antibodies provide conclusive results. Further tests for HIV are very reliable. You can believe your test results. There is no scientific or medical need for further testing.
I hope this comment is helpful. EWH

i dont really trust the first two test due to not trusting the clinic , so I did a third test in a different clinic , the last test was in the 12 weeks post exposure , is it enough ? can I move on with my life trusting the last result without re testing ?
note : i didnt have any symptoms

Yes one test is certainly enough. There is no need for additional testing. EWH ---
