Welcome back. Thank you for your continued confidence in our services. I'm glad to see a question not apparently related to your previous ones!

I have never heard of fishy odor of either semen or pre-ejaculate fluid. It's not a symptom of any STD. It might not be from your penile fluids but from bacterial growth under your foreskin, if you are uncircumcised. This is not an STD issue, usually just one of genital hygiene; it can be prevented by retracting the foreskin and washing with soap and water at least once a day.

The most common cause of fishy genital odor is in women with certain vaginal infections, especially bacterial vaginosis. Ask your partner if there is any possibility she was noticing her own vaginal odor. For example, did she transfer any vaginal fluid to your penis before the oral sex? If she has fishy vaginal odor (often most prominent following vaginal intercourse), she'll need to see her doctor to check it out.

I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Thank you doctor for your reply
The girl didn’t touch her vaginal at all even she didn’t take her underwear
So doctor what I understand is the fish smell or taste of pre cum or semen is not symptoms of any stds or sti ?
Should i make any tests of any stds or sti ?
What is the symptoms should i be checking after like these exposures to be worry and related to stds sti ?

Another thing doctor is BJ for 1 min or less without condom is risk of any stds or sti ?
I have pimple on the area between my lower stomach and the penis i hope you got it I couldn’t explain it well big pimple with liquid inside is this also to be worried ?

Sorry doctor for the too much questions and very thankful to your reply

"what I understand is the fish smell or taste of pre cum or semen is not symptoms of any stds or sti?"  Yes, that's what I said. I haven't changed my mind in the past hour! [FYI, STD and STI mean exactly the same thing. You can use one term, no need to use both at the same time.]

"Should i make any tests of any stds or sti ?" I see no reason for testing for anything at this time.

These questions return to the same sorts of things discussed in your previous threads. The main symptoms of STD in males are discharge of pus or mucus from the penis, painful urination, and penile sores of various kinds. Discharge or painful urination typically begin within 10-12 days of exposure; genital sores from herpes usually start within a few days, the sore of syphilis (chancre) starts 10-20 days after exposure.

Yes, unprotected oral sex (BJ) risks some STDs, even for only a minute. However, the risk is low. If you have none of the symptoms just listed, you can safely assume you were not infected. A pimple or other skin infection of the lower abdomen is not an STD symptom and does not increase the risk of STD if exposed.

You've been warned before about repeated questions on the same topic. It is time to stop using the forum for reassurance every time you have a new non-marital sexual exposure. OK?

Thank you for your understanding. If and when you have questions about new exposures, I suggest you carefully review your previous questions and our replies. Almost certainly they cover any new situation you likely will encounter.

Although there is no medical or risk reason for STD/HIV testing, you might consider doing it once a year or so, especially if your exposures sometimes include unprotected oral sex. The risk is low but not zero, and better safe than sorry. It also is reasonable to test if you remain anxious despite our advice. Some people are more reassured by negative test results than by professional advice, no matter how expert. (We don't take it personally!) If that applies to you, I would suggest that once every year or two you have a urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia and blood tests for HIV and syphilis. If your sexual lifestyle stays as it has been, you can expect negative results -- but maybe you'll be less worried about it.

That concludes this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful.
