[Question #10373] Kissing and breast kissing
23 months ago
|
I did kissing with one girl. She said she is from France but originally from Russia. We kissed it was no very deep lips to lips. Condom protected blow job and penis was full cover.
Then I kissed her breast one time. After 11 days I took Covid 19 Pfizer first shot. At 14th day I feel mild sore throat and gone with 30 hours.
Is there any risk ?

Mostly tongue not involved in kissing as I remember.

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your question.

Kissing is never a risk for HIV, either mouth to mouth or mouth to any other body area, such as breasts or nipples. Even oral sex (mouth-genital) carries little or no risk. Whether or not your tongue touches a partner's tongue when kissing makes no difference either. Statistically, it is unlikely your partner had HIV -- but this was a truly zero risk event even if she does. HIV is not transmitted sexually expect by unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse.
I have to wonder whether you have had biased education about HIV and STDs. In some countries, and some places in all countries, official education is driven more by politics and religion than by science, and sometimes suggests that HIV and STIs are much more easily transmitted than they really are. However, accurate information is available online -- not just in forums like this, but at various academic, public health, and NGO websites. I suggest you spend some time searching online for the truth about HIV/STI risks -- but limit your searching to professional or professionally mediated sources.
I hope this information is helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Thanks Doctor.
I was not worried but 2 days mild sore throat created doubt in my mind.
It was not very deep kiss and even I didn’t seen any visible blood on her mouth.
It was just lip to lip kiss.

Sore throat is not a common STD symptom, and it cannot be HIV; symptoms of new HIV do not begin sooner than 8-10 days after exposure. Almost all sore throats are due to standard upper respiratory viruses -- you might have caught it by the kissing event, or from any other day to day contact with people you were near. This is nothing to worry about and does not change my advice above.---

Thank you doctor.
If no visible blood, is there any risk of hiv?
Can sore throat be the reason of Pfizer vaccine side effect? Because 4 days before of sore throat. I took Pfizer vaccine. Sore throat was very mild and was only one side for 30 hours.

Whether or not there was blood involved in the kissing or protected oral sex event makes no difference in my reply. Still no risk of HIV.
That completes the two follow-up comments included with each question and so ends this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful and you now are not at all worried about HIV in this situation. Best wishes and stay safe.
