[Question #10432] Follow up Hepatitis B risk oral sex ( Q : 10344)

Dear doctor, first of all allow me to thank you for your valuable opinions over the last few weeks which have helped me get through this difficult period.
During our last exchanges, through oversight, I failed to tell you that in addition to oral sex with the partner, we carried out mutual masturbation and penis-to-penis rubbing, without ejaculation and without (a priori) seminal fluid exchanges (but not certain).
I must admit that I did not completely listen to you because I took tests to reassure myself. That said, your answers helped me put things into perspective and gave me courage to move forward, thank you.
Here are my last questions.
Do homis relationships (sex-on-sex rubbing and mutual masturbation) change your opinion on risk-taking regarding HIV and Hep B?
Concerning the past tests I have difficulty interpreting:
Does a negative HIV test 27 days from the ( very low ) risk free my mind?
The Hepatitis B test shows negative AGHbs accompanied by detection of a level of anti-Hbs antibodies greater than 1000Ui/L and negative total HBc antibodies. As a reminder, I did not have enough anti-Hbs antibodies at the time of the report, I was vaccinated as a precaution after 7 days. I think this is the reason why this rate is currently higher than 1000Ui/L.
What can we deduce from these results? (at 28 days)
Does the level of anti-HBs antibodies allow me to guarantee that the test will no longer change?
Finally, can I consider that in the event (unlikely I agree) that I have been infected with HepB , I can no longer transmit the virus thanks to the vaccine?
Thank you very much, I know that you consider that all of this is above all anxiety and you are right, but my rational mind needs answers;

There is no risk for acquisition of hepatitis from mutual masturbation or frottage (body to body rubbing).
HIV tests performed at 28 days would detect over 99% or recent infections. Although there are rare reports that it has happened, we have never seen or heard of a person with a negative test who went on to become positive.
Your hepatitis test results show that you do not have hepatitis C or hepatitis B and that you have responded to the vaccine. The level of hepatitis B antibodies you have and your response to the vaccine virtually eliminate any risk that you will get hepatitis B
You have not gotten hepatitis B. I would not worry about transmission.
I really think you are worrying more than you need to

thank you Doctor. but to be sure you understand correctly. ( sorry I don’t speak English so well )the results of this test show that my pre-vaccination report cannot contaminate me? is this good?

I understood the question:
1. The encounter you describe DID NOT put you at risk for hepatitis.
2. The level of hepatitis B antibodies you report (over 1000 Iu) will protect you from hepatitis B in the future.
Your results are good! EWH

Thank you, so I summarize:
Fellatio given without ejaculation: little HIV risk and no known HBV risks.
My 28-day results show that I was not contaminated with HBV and that my post-exposure vaccine gives me protection. This test wil no longer change.
No more risk of contracting HBV and I can resume my life without further testing.
Is all this correct?
Thanks
