Dear dr. Please help me as worries are killing me.

I went to a massage center in dubai 3 days ago and the girl gave me at the end a handjob. During the handjob i sucked , licked and bit her nipples and breast for 5 mins. Also there was some small kissing but not deep.

After the massage I checked her hands and i didn't see any visable cuts.

For her breast i dont remmber if there was any cuts or sore or if i had any strange taste in my mouth( milk or so) but im not sure of this which makes me very very very worried.

Im a married man and I don't know how to live my normal life anymore from the worries. I can't eat or feel normal and even my wife started noticing this and I can't tell her the reason which makes it even harder on me.

Am i at risk of HIV and stds and should i get tested
I read Testing frame is 3 months nd the issue i feel i will get crazy before reaching that point

Welcome to our Forum. I'll be pleased to provide some information. The activities you describe did not put you at any risk for HIV or for other STIs. Most masseuses and commercial sex workers in Dubai do not have HIV or other STIs. Further and even more important, HIV and STIs are not spread by receipt of masturbation which is classified by the U.S. CDC and the WHO as safe sexual activities with no risk for infection and no need for testing. You are safe and clear from infection with respect to the activities you describe.

In addition, the information you have received about testing is incorrect. Should you decide to test in the future (as I said, there is no need for testing related to the activities you describe above), currently used, 4th generation HIV antigen/antibody tests reliably provide completely accurate results regarding infection at four weeks after testing.

Thanks Dr for your fast reply.

Im worried from the breast sucking and bitting. To be honest searching online made it much worse for me.

Is this also concerned as safe sex acitivity or is there any risk? Im just making sure

Akso to be clear I should be living a normal life and be active sexually with my wife without any worries.

There is no risk for acquisition of HIV or other STIs from either breast sucking or biting a partner's breasts. this is the case even if you ingested breast mild from the partner or if she had small cuts on her breasts- still absolutely no risk. All the you describe is safe sex with no risk for infection and no need for testing. you should not have any concerns related to the incident that you describe about having unprotected sex with your wife.
