Welcome to the Forum.  You start your questions by asking me to assume that the exposure you describe in which a woman who had masturbated herself then touched your penis was high risk- it was not!  Syphilis is not transmitted in this way.  Syphilis is transmitted by DIRECT contact with a site of infection and is NOT transmitted by transfer of infectious material on one persons hands to another.  What you describe is mutual masturbation which is categorized by the WHO and US CDC as no risk sexual activities.  You could not have acquired syphilis in the way you describe.

Further, your test results prove that you do not have syphilis.  So do you wife's results. These VDRL results are conclusive and the antibiotics  that you have taken do not change that assessment.

You wife's facial rash is due to something other than syphilis and you can be confident that you do not have syphilis.  There is no reason for continuing concern and no reason for further testing.  EWH

Thx a lot.few questions
1)I didn't have sex or anything. But if we would imagine it was high risk event. Day 237 vdrl I can 100% believe it even if I was at high risk event?
2) is it true that during active symptoms vdrl will always show if it is syphilis regardless of what antibiotics were used and when?
3)during one (100mg) tablet per day for 30 days my wife continued to develop new spots on the shoulders etc. Is it true that during doxycycline even 1 tablet per day will not aloud new spots to appear if it would be because of syphilis?

1.  As I said above, you results are conclusive.  This is the case whether or not you had sex.  I am not sure why you are so worried since there was NO RISK for transmission.

2.  Yes

3.  Correct

You really neefd to put your fears about syphilis aside.  EWH
