[Question #10536] Risk check

Hi Doctors,
I visited a strip club in Prague on a stag last night.
I had a private dance with a naked stripper and she grinded on my penis through my clothing (jeans and boxers) some wet fluid was on them after and I see the stains today.
I also had bitten my tongue earlier in the night whilst chewing gum and licked both her nipples briefly.
Could you assess if there is any risk here for hiv and stis?
Obviously I'm nervous due to lapse of judegment and my current partner .
Many thanks

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your questions. This is an absolutely no risk encounter. There are no STI‘s which can be transmitted through clothing. That is true even if the clothing material becomes wet with genital secretions - absolutely no risk and no need for testing.
Similarly, having licked this dancer’s nipples was a no risk event. The fact that you had bitten your tongue recently does not change that no risk situation.
I hope the information I have provided is helpful to you. There is no reason for concern or testing. Similarly, there is no reason related to this encounter to hesitate about having unprotected sex with your regular partner. EWH

Doctor - thank you for your prompt reply.
So just to confirm:even if fluids had seeped through two layers against top of penis - no risk factor?
I also lightly touched her nipple with my teeth (dragged teeth against it)- again no change?
Best

Correct on both counts. Even if genital secretions had leaked through to touch the top of your penis this would be a no risk event. Same for the possibility or probability that your teeth touched her nipple. No need for concern. No need for testing. EWH ---

Doctor - I hadn't intended on this last follow up so as not to prolong the anxiety or take away from the other queries - thanks in advance.
The dancer briefly also grinded o my bare stomach with her bare vagina. Having read others reply, I'd never really considered syphilis (in fact I only thought about it having read similar queries here) - though dark I saw no obvious lesions and would imagine it wouldn't be great for business. Would this be something I should look into?

If I were you, I would not worry about syphilis from the grinding you describe. Syphilis is relatively rare, it is not transmitted efficiently to normal skin (such as on your stomach) and if the dancer had a syphilis sore it is reasonable to think she would have had it evaluated. Thus I would not be worried about syphilis.
If, out of an abundance of caution you choose to test for syphilis, I would wait until 4-6 weeks after your encounter to test unless a sore or lesion appears before them (which I am confident will not happen).
As you know, this 3rd response will complete this thread. EWH
