[Question #10556] MSM Oral

Hello,
(Pls see also comment in notes of order).
I received unprotected oral and have subsequently tested negative ECLIA for syphilis at 69 days.
Around 10.5 weeks I had a bright red dot on my penis head near my urethra. Very small, but well defined. It still there 4 days later, and it looks like there is a tiny amount of yellow almost pus now under the skin as redness is subsiding.
Is there any chance that this is a syphilis chancre forming?

Welcome back, but I do not understand your requested deletion of your two recent threads while also posting a new one. New questions almost always are more accurately evaluated and our advice enhanced by information available in other recent questions and our replies. I reopened your two other threads so I can review them before replying this time.
This new symptom is no more suggestive of syphilis than the others you described in your two previous threads. Your negative syphilis test 69 days (nearly 10 weeks) after exposure is 100% conclusive and prove you did not acquire syphilis. And your description does not suggest a syphilitic lesion of any kind. In addition, the chancre of syphilis almost always starts 10-20 days after exposure, maybe rarely up to 6 weeks. This is much too late to be a chancre from the exposure you are concerned about.
As Dr. Hook advised last time, please do your best to accept the reality that you were at very low risk of syohilis to begin with and that it has now been amply proved you don't have it. No matter what symptoms you have now or might develop in the future, they will not be due to syphilis (assuming no more recent exposure that you haven't yet mentioned).

Thank you. As I digest this, please could you re-close the others (I hope I paid the fee correctly).

I understand it’s frustrating - and to be honest also spending lots more money I don’t have but I am struggling to have anything / anybody else to talk to.
I’m terrified of revealing info in the posts hence paying for deletion.
I’m sorry to mess around & thank you again.

FYI, to our knowledge there has never been an instance of a user's identify being revealed by mistake or intent, unless perhaps the user him/herself disclosed by mistake. I find it hard to believe there is anything in your three threads that risks disclosure or that someone could infer your identity. But the two previous threads have been re-deleted. It will be later today or perhaps tomorrow before the forum administrator can delete this one.
All that said, I endorse your intent to seek professional help. Your hyper-anxiety is obvious. Good luck with it.
