Hi I'm M33 l, only had sex with one partner before this encounter, went to a massage parlor on Oct 9th. The Asian lady over there offered me a nude massage. I have touched her vagina couple of times didn't touch any deep. And she gave me a hand job. I remember her touching her vagina but don't quite remember if she did it after my hand job or in between. I may have touched my penis for a sec or two with my other hand or even the hand i touched her vagina with i cant quite remember, I came home and washed my hands and took bath (within one hr of this exposure). I started freaking out and visited doctor on Oct 10th he prescribed pep medicine and started taking it from Oct 11th (40 hrs later). I'm still on pep medicine.
Im on 16th day past exposure.
No fever
No sorethroat
But yesterday I started noticing some tiny clusters of blister like things on my foreskin. No itch or pain. They look like Fordyce spots but im freaking out if it is herpes.

I had visited my primary care physician over 4 times in last two weeks for this. I have an appointment in another 4 hrs what tests should I get him ordered in order for me to ensure that I'm safe and won't transmit any std Or itching.

Does hepes always be associated with pain and itch? I can't feel them unless I stretch my foreskin and see

Does truvada or trivicay have any ability to mask sorethroats or fevers and other classic symptoms of herpes and is that why I may have blisters but no pain or itch.

I have a hiv blood test ordered in couple of weeks (4 weeks after exposure) how accurate will it be? My doctor says I will be tested negative for that based on the type of encounter I had.

When can I resume normal sex with my partner

There is zero risk of acquiring herpes from a hand job.  None.  The experience that you had also does not present a risk for HIV.  I'm sure your doc can tell you if the bumps are Fordyce spots or not.

Herpes is not always associated with pain and itch but very often it is.
I'm unclear about the impact of Truvada on masking sore throats or fever.  But if you have actual blisters in the genital area, you should see a clinician and have them swab tested.
You will test HIV negative as a result of the contact that you had - it is not a risk for HIV
You can resume sex with your regular partner if the only worry you have is the contact you described above.
