[Question #10583] HSV transmission without kissing

I was with a woman, we had sex. It seemed like she was about to experience a cold sore. Was a reddish looking bump on her lip. We didn't kiss, but she gave me oral sex, and I rimmed her for like 30 seconds. If I rim, would I be exposed to HSV, like is it passed through the anus and other bodily fluids? If she gave me oral, could I contract it that way and could it spread to other parts of my body?

HSV 1 can be transferred from the mouth of one person to the genital of another by giving oral sex to a person who is not infected with HSV 1.  have you ever in your life had a cold sore on your lip or in your nose?  If the answer is yes, then you already have HSV 1 and are very unlikely to acquire the same virus in a new location.  If the answer is no, you may be infected asymptomatically.  If you are truly uninfected, then yes, you could acquire HSV 1 genitally from receiving oral sex from someone with a cold sore approaching (if that's really what that was).  You should observe your genitals carefully for the next 2-10 and if something shows up that is an unusual change in the skin there, please be seen and have it swab tested for HSV.

I almost certain it was a cold sore seeing her as few days after. I never kissed her, but diss kiss her neck, breast, and i gave her anal oral briefly. Is it anyway it can travel systematically through those locations? Im aware of her giving me oral risk.

No, if she had a cold sore, the kinds of behaviors that you did like kissing various parts of her body is not a risk.  The virus doesn't travel within her body and come out at another place, if that's what you are asking.
