I have genital herpes,  I was infected by an ex who had been tested and had been found to have Herpes type 2. I have never had an oral lesion.   My question is:  how likely (percentage if possible) am I to transmit herpes 2 to an uninfected partner by kissing if no lesions either oral or genital are present in either partner?

If you have genital HSV 2 you will not transmit HSV 2 to any partner by kissing, period.  It's pretty clear, actually, do you have another question?
