[Question #10698] STD RISK
|
Hi doctors,
I am from Malaysia and had a potential risk last week ( 6 days) back. I am married and this is my first time i have done this out of my marriage. I went to a massage center for massage and was offered handjob which i stupidly agreed for extra charges. She undressed herself topless but was wearing panties. She allowed me to lick her nipples and kiss her body and proceed to give me a handjob with massage oil. I did rub her vagina on her panties(no direct contact to vagina) only on the panties, in the heat of the moment, i masturbated myself after rubbing her panties.. She continued to give me handjob until i climaxed which then later she wiped me with a wet wipe. I am worried if she was wet her vaginal fluid might have entered from my hand to my penis uurethra. I am uncircumcised. I noticed the next day my foreskin was itchy and past 2 days there has been slight itchy feeling on n off inside my urethra(not sure i am noticing this as i am being over observant and paranoid). I am paranoid about this as i had unprotected sex with my wife 2 days after the massage and handjob.
What is my risk here? Is my symptoms related to any STD?
1. What STD i could have contracted.
2. Can i infect my beloved wife ? I am regretting this and swear would not even go for a normal massage after this?
3. I know i do not have any chances to contract HIV but what about other STD?
4. Is my symptoms indicating some STD? Do i need to do any STD test?
5. Can i continue unprotected sex with my wife?
Please help me. I don't want to put my wife and my marriage at risk because of this stupid encounter.

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your questions. I'll be glad to comment. None of the activities you describe= licking her nipples, receipt of masturbation or masturbating yourself after possibly getting her vaginal secretions on your hands put you at any risk for any STI, including HIV. The WHO and CDC, as well as all experts agree that these are no risk activities. Thus, in reponse to your specific questions:
1. What STD i could have contracted.
See above. This was a no risk event.
2. Can i infect my beloved wife ? I am regretting this and swear would not even go for a normal massage after this?
No, your wife is not at any risk as a result of your reported activities.
3. I know i do not have any chances to contract HIV but what about other STD?
Again, there is no risk here, no need for concern, no need for testing of any sort.
4. Is my symptoms indicating some STD? Do i need to do any STD test?
No, your symptoms do not suggest any STI. Itching of the sort you describe is seen when persons are anxious and looking for symptoms. In these situations, the notice otherwise normal sensations that they would normally ignore.
5. Can i continue unprotected sex with my wife?
Yes
In summary, this was a no risk event. There is no risk for STIs of any sort and no need for testing. I encourage you to move forward without concern. EWH

Thanks for the reply doctor.
So regarding my exposure, the risk for STI is zero?
Also i still have slight discomfort in my penis(itch and some sort of tingling) . Sorry to ask, would like to clarify again that this is not related to any STI though i may have touched her vaginal secretion over her panties before masturbating myself or her hands could have had vaginal fluid mixed with massage oil while giving me handjob.
Does that mean whatever symptoms i am having does not warrant any testing and am i on the safe side ? This was my only exposure.
Can i move on and put this incident behind me and consider this as zero risk?

This is an entirely repetitive follow-up. The answers will not change.
Correct, as I said, no risk.
As I also said above, often when persons are worried about STIs and looking for symptoms they notice normal sensations which would otherwise be overlooked. This is often the sensation of "itching"
There is no need for testing. you need to move forward. EWH

Hi doctor,
I noticed that today i have pain near my pubic area on top of my penis on right side. When i press the area there is pain.
I am worried i might got her vaginal fluid on my hand when i masturbated myself or her hand would have got her previous client semen when she gave me a handjob or her own vaginal fluid.
Is this pain indicating that i may have contracted some std. please help. I dont want to risk my marriage because of my stupidity.
Should i be worried? And get myself tested?
Am i at zero risk or is there any chances i may have std?

You are worrying more than in appropriate. STIs are not transmitted by contact of genital secretions with external skin. The encounter you describe was NO RISK. There is no need for testing and no need for concern. Any further discomfort you are experiencing is not related to the encounter you describe.
Zero risk.
We provide up to three responses to each client's questions. This is my 3rd response. This thread will be closed shortly without further replies.
Please don't worry. EWH
