Hello, i am 48 year old male from India. I took a massage from male where he licked my body and fingered me in my anus and I put his penis in my mouth covered with condom . He says he is regularly testedfor std. is there any risk for Std? Is testing required for me? Thanks

Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your questions. I happened to on the site when your question arrived so you are receiving a response somewhat sooner than is typical. Any follow-ups may take longer to get back to you.
The encounter you describe was no risk with no need to worry about possible STIs including HIV. Having your body licked or having someone insert their finger into your rectum are no risk events. STIs are not spread by this sort of contact, even if a partner's genital secretions are present. Similarly, as long as the condom is worn throughout the encounter, receipt or condom-protected oral sex is a no risk event, even of your partner had an STI.

There is no need for concern, no need for testing and no need to abstain prom unprotected sex with your regular partner. EWH

Thanks so much doctor but I read that there is moderate risk of getting syphilis as I put the guys penis in my mouth and sucked him with a condom . Do i need to worry for Syphilis??? Is testing required ?

"Moderate" is too high an estimate. If I were you, I would have no concerns and not feel a need for testing. EWH---

Thanks for your reply doctor , so I should not be worried for any STD including HIV and forget about this incident and move on and continue sexual practises with my regular partner without any worry ?

Correct. My advice is for you to forget about the concerns related to the events you described. There is no need for STI testing, no need for concern and no need related to these events to abstain from unprotected sex with your wife. It is time to move forward.
