Hello. A lady at the massage parlor gave me oral sex. She sucked my penis for 20-30 seconds. I ejaculated outside. Itching started after 1 week. I got tested on the 22nd day. 4th generation Vidas HIV Duo Ultra was negative. I took the same test again on the 43rd day and it was negative. Is this test accurate? Do I need a new test?

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your questions.  I'll be glad to comment.  The short answer is that you were not at risk for HIV from this exposure and your tests prove that you did not acquire HIV from the encounter you describe.

I say this with confidence:
1.  There are NO proven cases of HIV which have been acquired from receipt of oral sex.
2.  Your test results on the 43rd day following your exposure are conclusive.  There is no different between the results at 42, 43, and 45 days.  Results at any of these times are conclusive.
3.  With your results, there is no reason for further testing.  Believe your test results.

Please don't worry.  Time to move forward without concern.  EWH
