Hello doctors. First of all I do apologize because I need to describe my sexual relationship in details to get better answer from you

Im 45 years old male and I recently received unprotected  oral sex from an unknown woman. The oral sex lasted around 15 min and it included long deep throat . I could feel my penis touching back of her throat alot when she was doing it
she kept spitting on my penis and used her tongue to lick urethra area
Here are my questions
1- does deep throat still count as oral sex and can this transfer hiv? I heard throat and tonsils can transfer hiv easily

2- can spitting on penis transfer hiv? My whole penis was wet with her saliva during orla sex

3- the tip of her tongue visibly was touching my urethra. can licking urethra area with tip  tongue transfer hiv?

Sorry that I asked you lots of questions and I appreciate your help in advance

Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your questions.  I'll be glad to comment.  In general, oral sex is far lower risk for STIs, including HIV, than penile-vaginal or penile-anal sexual contact.  STIs are less common in the throat and transmission of STIs through perfromance of oral sex is biologically less likely to occur than other forms of sexual encounters.  In response to your specific questions:

1- does deep throat still count as oral sex and can this transfer hiv? I heard throat and tonsils can transfer hiv easily.
"Deep throat" exposures still are oral sex.  There are no proven instances in which receipt of oral sex has resulted in acquistion of HIV.  We do not feel that testing is needed if your only exposure is through receipt of oral sex.  Among other STIs, gonorrhea is occasionally acquired from receipt of oral sex, other STIs are rare.

2- can spitting on penis transfer hiv? My whole penis was wet with her saliva during orla sex
No- exposure to saliva is a no risk event for acquistion of HIV and other STIs.

3- the tip of her tongue visibly was touching my urethra. can licking urethra area with tip  tongue transfer hiv?
This is variation of your other questions- the answer will not change.  Receipt of oral sex did not put you at risk for HIV.

I hope this information is helpful.  Please don't worry.  EWH
