[Question #10758] Risk of STD from fingering and handjob

Dear experts,
Hello, I am 26 old male from India. I went to a massage parlour in Delhi, Capital of India. I received a handjob from the masseuse. I fingered on her clitoris and did not put my fingers inside her vagina. Afterwards, I remember myself touching my genitals with little of her vaginal fluids on my fingers. No visible cuts on my fingers. No vaginal, anal and oral sex happened. No deep kissing happened and no saliva exchanged. Closed mouth kissing happened for hardly 1 seconds.
Is there any way HIV can be transferred from her vagina to my hand and then from my hand to my genitals.
Could I receive HIV or any other STI from the exposure I described you or any testing is needed. Can I continue unprotected sex with my girlfriend. Though I have read some of your post on medhelp and on this website but still paranoid over this

Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. I'll be glad to comment. Each of the activities that you describe, receipt of masturbation (a hand job) or placing your fingers on and into her vagina fall into the general category of masturbation. There is wide agreement among experts, the WHO, and the US CDC that masturbation activities are no risk events in terms of risk for STIs, including HIV. This is true event when persons get a partner's genital secretions on themselves. Further no STIs, including HIV are transmitted by the transfer of genital secretions from one person to another on their hands, Thus touching your own genitals after masturbating her place no risk for any STI. Therefore, in answer to your questions:
1. There is no risk for any STI or HIV
2. There is no need for testing.
3. Closed mouth kissing is also a no risk activity.
4. There is no medical or scientific reason to abstain from unprotected sexual contact with your girlfriend.
I hope that this information is helpful. There is no need for concern. EWH

Dear expert,
Thank you for your reply. It is a sigh of relief. I missed to add one minor detail. The masseuse also sucked and licked my nipples. Will your conclusion be same after adding the minor detail. No risk of HIV or any other STI right?

That your nipples were sucked and licked in no way changes my assessment.
I urge you to put any lingering concerns aside and move forward without concern. EWH
