Welcome back to the forum. Thank you for your continued confidence in our services.
My understanding is that HIV is rare in female sex workers in Dubai, regardless of their national origins. In addition, people rarely lie about HIV status when asked directly; and having used a condom further lowers the chance of HIV.
The title of your question suggests you misunderstand ARS: fever alone is not "classic ARS". Of course there are many other causes of fever. That's a pretty high fever and it would be reasonable to see a doctor or clinic to evaluate the possible cause, and that probably would include an HIV blood test: a negative result would be too soon to prove you didn't catch HIV, but it WOULD mean your fever isn't due to HIV.
I will be happy to comment further if you would like to return with a follow-up comment to let me know the result of an HIV test. In the meantime, I hope this information is helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Hello Dr,
I already was in hospital yesterday and Dr gave me panadol and something else which reduced my fever, now my fever is 37.5 C
Dr do you mean these symptoms maybe duo HIV and I have to do the test?
I’m also confused about condom which u said it will lower the chance of getting hiv
Do you mean condom if it’s not broke will not prevent from getting hiv 100% ?
Dr what do you think of my exposure is it something I have to be worry about?
Thank you

What was the doctor's diagnosis?
You're asking me the same questions as before, using different words. Condoms reduce the risk of HIV by about 99%. I have already told you I believe you had a low risk exposure.
Do you "have" to have an HIV test? It's your decision, not mine. It is unlikely you have HIV, but a negative test result is the only way to know for certain.
Each question has the opportunity for two follow-up comments or questions, so you have one more on this thread. I suggest no further comments or discussion until and unless you decide to have an HIV test and tell me the result. OK?
