Good evening Drs.
So 4 days ago from today I went to visit an massauses an I received a handjob (i did not do vaginal or received oral ) from the massauses, I didn't see any sores on her hands.
So now I notice a single pimple on my penis ( I am not for sure if it was from the handjob or something else) my last sexual encounter Nov 2020 and did STD screening from that 4 months after all my results where negative
I did gentle applied pressure no fluid came out it was more soild matter kinda like a cycst.
My question is can received and STDs from a risk this like Herpes HPV or syphilis?
Is this pimple std related or something else?

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our services.
STDs are very rarely if ever transmitted by hand-genital contact, even when genital fluids are used for lubrication. Not enough infectious material can be carried over, and intact skin is highly resistant. In additoin, pimples can occur naturally on the penile shaft, and a single pimple is not a typical lesion for any STD. The only one that comes close is herpes, but herpes lesions are more superficial. Think of herpes as causing blisters "on" the skin rather than a swelling and white head that really is "in" the skin. Further, initial herpes rarely appears as a single lesion; multiple blisters are the rule. As for syphilis, this probably started far too soon. The chancre (skin ulcer) of primary syphilis can't begin sooner than a week or so, and generally they show up 10-20 days after exposure.
If this thing evolves over the next days like a typical pimple -- e.g. with a white head -- and/or if the bump resolves over a week or so, I'm confident it's just a pimple and unrelated to your massage experience. In that case, I would not advise further evaluation or testing. Of course see a doctor if additional lesions appear, if this one doesn't heal on schedule, or if you otherwise remain concerned.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

The massauses did not use her vaginal fluids as a Lubricant she use regularly massage oil as the lubricant
Adding extra the pimple on shaft doesn't itch or cause any discomfort

Last question I saw some other questions similar to mine as in major health organizations say Hand to gential stimulation is zero risk of catching a STD, have you seen or heard anyone acquiring a STD from this activity?

My reply above also says there is no significant risk. I didn't say "zero" but "very rarely". You can never prove a negative, so of course nobody can say this could never happen. But obviously it's rare enough to be considered zero and I don't consider these terms to be any different from one another. And no, I have never seen nor heard of such a case.

That completes the two follow-up exchanges included with each question and so ends this thread. All is well! Best wishes and stay safe.
