1- is it possible to get Hpv if you sit down on the couch with no underwear? Even if someone infected was at the same couch with no underwear before and you sit down at the same place and the penis touched the couch
2- is it possible to get hpv or hiv if someone did a foot or hand job for me and she rubbed my penis with my sperm

Welcome and thanks for your question. I logged on soon after you posted it: most users should not expect such quick replies!
Certain infections are called "sexually transmitted": they require sex for transmission. And "sex" means intercourse; it does not include genital contact with hands, feet, etc. If there is no penetration into another persons's body (vagina, rectum, mouth) there is no possibility of being infected.
1. Neither HPV nor any other STD can be caught by contact with a contaminated environment. Sitting on a couch without clothing is zero risk for HPV and all other STDs, even if that couch is used by a person with HPV or other STD.
2. Contact of genitals with fetter hands is no risk for any infection. And of course you cannot be infected by your own semen!
I hope these replies are clear. Let me know if there is anything you don't understand. Best wishes and stay safe.

Masturbation With her feet or hand zero risk I understand But what you mean when you say If there is no penetration into another persons's body (vagina, rectum, mouth) there is no possibility of being infected. You mean oral sex?Or you mean the feet and the hand inside the mouth considering as a risk?

I don't understand what you don't understand. I mean oral sex, vaginal sex, or anal sex, i.e. with the penis. Feet and hands in the mouth is no risk for any STD. (I suspect English isn't your primary language. My first reply should be very clear. If you still do not understand, try using a translation program or ask a friend with good English skills to help.)---

You still having trouble understanding very simple English!
Penis in mouth is risky for STIs. Foot in mouth is no risk.
That concludes this thread. I hope you finally understand and that the discussion has been helpful.
