[Question #10862] PEP requirement

I went to a Massage Parlour & took a B2B massage, She licked and sucked my ears, neck and chest nipples multiple times, She was wearing her panties throughout. Gave me a Handjob & inserted my penis in her thighs for a few seconds (I was on top) after which I rubbed her Vagina with my hand for a minute above her panties (No direct touch involved) and I used the same hand to ejaculate myself. There was no Mouth Kissing, Blowjob or any kind of Sex. Kindly clear my doubts -
1. can HIV be transmitted in the above situation by Handjob
2. Is there any way HIV can be transmitted if she licked and sucked my ears and my chest nipples. I felt itching and redness in my left ear.
3. Should I consider taking PEP as it has only been 30 hours?

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your questions.  The activities that you have described are no risk events.   HIV is transmitted only through penetrative sexual activity.  Receipt of masturbation, whether through body to body rubbing, a handjob, or with your hands after getting your partner’s genital secretions on them are all no risk activities.  Being kissed in the manner you describe is also no risk.  There is no medical or scientific reason for testing and certainly not for taking PEP.

You can move forward from the encounter you describe without concern.  EWH

Thank you for your response doctor

I am still woried about the ear and my nipple sucking done by the masseuse as i could see my red turning red and felt hot and itchy as well on the same ear. I feel as if she might have transmit HIV to me if my ear had rash skin or something.

Please advice doctor

Thank you

There has NEVER been a case of HIV acquired from nipple or ear sucking.  HIV is NOT transmitted in oral fluids.  You are NOT going to be the first.  The redness you have noted is most likely local irritation.

Please don't worry.  EWH

Hi Doctor

My anxiety and something more brings me back here.

After your reply, it helped me move on but since yesterday i had dry and irritated throat along with severe blocked and runny nose. Its been 6 days now to the incident and dark thoughts have taken all over my mind and all i can think is that these are ARS related symptoms and i'll be soon testing positive for HIV from a handjob, b2b massage, Masseuse licking and sucking my ears and nipples and everything that i can think from the incident.

I am avoiding sex with my wife due to all this and cant get over my anxiety and already thinking of testing and also cursing myself for not taking PEP.

Please help doc as i am unable to think clear.

As you know, we provide up to three responses to each client's questions.  This response will be my final response.  There should be no need for further questions.

A runny nose is not a sign of recently acquired HIV.  This is too early to be HIV.  If it were however, a test would be positive- when symptoms are due to HIV, tests are always positive.

This answer will not change.  You need to address your guilt and move forward.

End of thread.  EWH
