The statement you mention is an oversimplification and
misleading. As I said before, HPV is
transmitted by DIRECT CONTACT with and infected site and is NOT transmitted in
saliva or secretions.
Your doctor is being cautious. The likelihood of you acquiring HPV from
sucking on a partner's toes or feet is about as likely as being struck by
lightning while reading this reply. It
is NOT a realistic concern..
You are not at risk. There is no reason to not kiss your family. I recommend you forget about these concerns
