[Question #10874] Unprotect

Hello doctors, thank you for this site.
I apologize to you because I use a translation program because English is not my mother tongue. I'm a male, and I was drunk 9 days ago, and I was in Bahrain, and I went to the club, and I took a Moroccan girl and established an unprotected relationship with her from the uterus. The relationship lasted about 7 minutes without landing, then I went and brought her on the second day, and I also established an unprotected relationship with her from the uterus that lasted 5 minutes and the ejaculated outside. Two days later, my friend came with an Egyptian girl and established an unprotected relationship with her from the front and did not ejaculate inside her. Then after about four hours, I established an unprotected relationship with her for 5 minutes and she was ejaculated inside her, and now I regret the most for these actions, and I know that I exposed myself to risks. Alia and I am confused by the matter of the Moroccan girl, then the Egyptian girl, then my friend also, who had multiple relationships, may have left something of his secretions in the womb of the Egyptian girl and moved to me. Since the first day of intercourse with the Moroccan girl, I have felt a pain in the penis and a constant discomfort until today and it began to ease now. What are the risks that I put myself in? And what are the chances of my infection with HIV and hepatitis B from these two relationships?
What if my friend had a disease and transferred it at the same moment to the Egyptian girl and then I picked it up? What is meant by the risk of exposure is 1 in 2,500 exposures? Does it mean that if 2,500 people had a relationship with an infected woman, the infection would only spread to one person? What is your opinion, doctor, knowing that the two girls have the last test against sexual diseases when the residence is issued for them 12 months ago?
With thanks and gratitude

Welcome to the Forum. I believe I understand your questions. To summarize, you had unprotected sexual contact with three commercial sex workers, one of whom had only recently had sex with another person. If that is the case, there is moderate risk for acquiring an STI such as Gonorrhea or chlamydia and a low risk for HIV. It is unlikely that your penile symptoms are due to HIV but the could be related to Gonorrhea or chlamydia. If they are, a test will be positive at this time.
Your risk for HIV is much lower. Most commercial sex workers do not have HIV and even if one did, as you point out, your chances of becoming infected is less than one in 2500 ( in other words, as you said, if 2500 people had sex with an infected person, on average, only one would become infected). You can prove that you were not infected by testing. If you have symptoms due to HIV tests will be positive. If you do not have symptoms, tests will be 99% reliable 4 weeks after your contact and 100% reliable at 6 weeks.
I hope that this information is helpful. EWH

Hello doctor
To clarify, I had two unprotected relationships, the first with a Moroccan girl twice in a row, and the second with an Egyptian girl only once, This Egyptian girl, my friend had a sexual relationship with her 3 hours before me
The questions are:
1- What is the probability of contracting HIV and hepatitis B virus?
2- As for the Egyptian girl with whom my friend had sexual intercourse 3 hours before me, Is it possible for his secretions to remain in her uterus and be transmitted to me?
3- The symptoms are pain in the penis from the first day of intercourse, and It has nothing to do with urination ? It is constant pain even when there is no urine
With thanks and appreciation .

I understood your questions:
1- What is the probability of contracting HIV and hepatitis B virus?
if any of your partners had HIV or hepatitis B, which is unlikely, your risk for HIV would be less than 0.1% and your risk for hepatitis b would be less than 1%. In other words, there is a much greater than 99% chance that you were NOT infected.
2- As for the Egyptian girl with whom my friend had sexual intercourse 3 hours before me, Is it possible for his secretions to remain in her uterus and be transmitted to me?
Question is repetitive. The answer will not change. You would not catch another person's infection becasue she had sex with someone else 3 hours earlier.
3- The symptoms are pain in the penis from the first day of intercourse, and It has nothing to do with urination ? It is constant pain even when there is no urine
This is not a typical symptom of any STI in the absence of an obvious lesion/sore.
You have one follow-up remaining. EWH

Hello Doctor, some developments have occurred, as on the tenth day of the two intercourses in my previous message and approximately a day after the message, I had pain in the right testicle, accompanied by pain when urinating as well as after urinating, and 4 small red pimples appeared next to me under the pubic area at the beginning of the penis, and they were itchy and painful. Then it became an ulcer with pain, and after 5 days it healed. Then I had pain in the left testicle, and the pain still persists during urination and after urination, and 6 new red bumps appeared, close to the previous injury, and my wife also appeared in the blades of her female genital organ, and here genital herpes came to my mind and I went to a doctor. Skin pimples were starting to heal and when the doctor saw them he said it was genital herpes and asked me for an HSV2 IGM test His results have not appeared yet. He took a swab from one of the healed pimples, scraped it, and some blood appeared. He took the swab from the blood, since there was no liquid in it, and sent it to the laboratory, and the results have not appeared yet. The results will appear after 3 days because they are sent to an external laboratory, and I made a complete panel for sexually transmitted diseases, which are The Hiv combo is fine, the hepatitis B virus test is fine, the RPR syphilis test is fine, and the urine analysis for gonorrhea and chlamydia and others are all fine on the twenty-second day after sexual intercourse, and I am now just waiting for the results of the genital herpes blood test as well as the swab.

I don't know, but I think I have it because my wife also suffered from these pills because I infected her with them.
1- What is your assessment, Doctor?
2- What should I do if I contract genital herpes, especially since I have learned that it causes meningitis in the brain?
3- My immunity has been basically weak for many years, and I suffer from a lack of white blood cells, my rate is 2.9 and sometimes 3.5, especially neutropenia. Will this make my genital herpes recurrent and violent?
4- What is your assessment of my other tests for AIDS, hepatitis, and syphilis on day 22 after the relationship?
5- It is known that infection with genital herpes makes it easy to contract AIDS. Am I now more exposed to AIDS than others, whether the relationship was during the herpes activity and the presence of ulcers or not?
6- Is the result of a swab taken from a dry sore from which only blood was cleansed as accurate as a result taken from the fluid present in the ulcer?
8- I am afraid of transmitting genital herpes to my children, whether from me or from my wife. What is the method of transmission?
9- Will the infection be transmitted when touching the penis and pimples and then touching another area of the body?
10- I look forward to your opinion, Doctor, and your guidance in the right direction, with many thanks, appreciation and respect.
I will share my results if you leave the comment open, or I will purchase a new question and post my results in it. Thank you.

As you know, we provide up to 3 responses to each clients questions. This will be my final reply. I will leave the thread open so that you can post your test results, but there will be no further responses. It would be unusual for the lesions you described to be herpes. The lesion of herpes always appear within 10 days of an exposure. Your doctor did the right thing by doing a swab test. The blood test is of little value as this test has frequentl falsely positive results. In response to your specific questions:
---
1. See above
2. Meningitis due to herpes is very rare and almost never more than an inconvenience please don’t worry about meningitis
3. Your risk of recurrence is no higher than for non- immunocopromised persons
4. Believe your test results
5. No, you are worrying unnecessarily
6. If the lesions are due to herpes the swab should be positive
8. Herpes is transmitted only by direct sexual contact. Your family is not at risk
9. No
I doubt that the lesions you describe are due to herpes. If it is, your family is not at risk

Hello doctor
The results are now available and are as follows:
Blood analysis herpes simplex 2 antibodies IGM 1.31 negative
The result of the penis swab
Tissue culture & sensitivity gram positive cocci
I have not met the doctor yet, as I viewed the results through the hospital’s website.
What is your assessment, Doctor, and is it a definitive result, even if the swab was taken after these blisters began to heal?
With thanks, appreciation and respect .

The doctor told me before he took a penis swab that it was for genital herpes, and when I checked the bill now the name of the swab test was as follows:
Tissue culture and allergy
Does this test look for genital herpes?

Only part of your message came through however, it appears from what I can read that the swab test showed gram positive cocci, and not herpes. If that is correct, you can be confident that the lesions you described were not due to herpes, but some other bacterial infection. EWH.---

Hi, doctor
I went to the doctor and quarreled with him, where it turned out that he made a swab for bacteria only and not a swab to diagnose genital herpes. He told me that there is no such thing as a swab to diagnose genital herpes, but it is diagnosed with a blood test and since it is negative for you if you are healthy.
Blood analysis result
HSV2 Igm 1.3 negative
And the normal rate is less than 11
What do you think of a doctor? Is the analysis of the negative blood only negates genital herpes?

Final answer:
Your doctor is wrong, herpes is best diagnosed using a swab for PCR testing or culture. Your blood test suggests that your rash is not herpes.
You need to move on. There is no evidence that you have an STI. There will be no more answers and if you return to the Forum with further questions your questions may be closed without a response and without return of your posting fee. EWH
