[Question #10875] Frottage with protected oral sex

I am a young man, 28 years old, about to get married in 4 months. I went to a SPA massage center a month ago.  And I was massaged by a girl from Thailand. There was nothing but me masturbating with her hand and oral sex using a condom. That was a month ago and I had another exposure, and this exposure scared me very much. I went again to the massage center and a girl from Nigeria gave me a massage. The last massage was that she sat on my penis.  She placed my vaginal blade and applied pressure and started rubbing from the outside (meaning my penis was attached to her vagina and my stomach). My penis was attached to my stomach while she was rubbing the other surface. I don’t know if there were microscopic wounds at first, but every once in a while I get a small itch during the past months, assuming I had wounds that I did not see as fresh as a result.  Rubbing her vaginal fluid completely touches me. Is there a chance of transmitting the HIV virus?  Is there a possibility that her vaginal fluid will enter the urethra? What do you advise me? I am very afraid. I am thinking of canceling my wedding so as not to put my girl in danger. I am very sorry for the long writing and my English is not good.

Welcome to our forum.  Frottage, even when a partner rubs their vagina directly on the shaft of your penis is an entirely, 100% no risk activity for STIs.  This is true even though her vaginal fluid might have gotten on your penis- still absolutely no risk.  The presence of "microscopic wounds" on your penis does not change this assessment.

There is no reason for concern and no medical or scientific reason for testing.  There is certainly nothing you describe here that suggests any need to cancel your wedding.

Please don't worry- nothing you describe put you at risk.  EWH

Another question, doctor, two weeks after this incident, I had a slight sore throat, pain under the armpit, muscle pain, and tingling in the lower palate. What are these causes? Aren’t they the primary symptoms of the AIDS virus?  This happened in Dubai, assuming that the Nigerian girl has the virus. What is the transmission rate for me in this event?

These are non-specific symptoms and are not suggestive of HIV.  I realize that when you look up these symptoms on the internet HIV is mentioned but this is misleading.

Most CSWs in Dubai to NOT have HIV.

The transmission rate from participation in frottage and rubbing in the way you describe is zero.  The WHO and US CDC agree on this.

Please don't worry.  EWH

One last question, Doctor, why did no transmission occur in the accident that happened to me? There was not enough air to kill the virus, and the grinding was done with her vagina, that is, her secretions touched the opening of the penis and the shaft of the penis. I have read on many sites that there is a possibility of infection. What do you explain this?  .... Now I suffer from swollen glands below the jaw and tingling every period of time or when touched, pain in the head and shoulders, and tingling in the armpit... and I suffer from pain at the top of the thighs on the genital side. I do not know if it is due to wearing tight underwear or not. What is happening?  me please help me

This is a repetitive question.  Carefully scientific studies have repeatedly shown that if no penetration occurs, there is no transmission. Frottage is a no risk activity.   From your post it appears that you have gone to the internet looking for answers.  This is a mistake.  Much of what is found on the internet is incorrect, either because it is out of date, taken out of context or simply wrong.  The symptoms you describe are not suggestive of recently acquired HIV

This completes this thread which will soon be closed.  There should be no need to return. The answers will not change.  Further repetitive, guilt and anxiety-driven questions may be closed without a response and without return of your posting fee.  Please don't worry.  EWH
