Welcome to our forum.  Frottage, even when a partner rubs their vagina directly on the shaft of your penis is an entirely, 100% no risk activity for STIs.  This is true even though her vaginal fluid might have gotten on your penis- still absolutely no risk.  The presence of "microscopic wounds" on your penis does not change this assessment.  ---
