[Question #10879] Are we at risk

Hello and thank you for your help. Last Thursday my wife and I had several drinks and then went to an adult toy store/aracde. We bought a new toy and went into the arcade section to try it out. We got a room with a window and stripped down naked. She was laying on the bench playing with herself and I noticed a man watching her. I invited him in to suck on her breasts and play with her vagina and finger her. I then asked him to pull out his dick and he jerked it for a minute and then I asked my wife to. She did but he couldn’t get hard because he said he was nervous. I invited him to eat her vagina but he said he couldn’t because he was married and showed me his ring. He left not long after that, he was only in with us probably 10 minutes. I question is what if he had Precum on his fingers when he was fingering my wife or she did after jerking him, is there a risk of hiv or another std? Do we need to test? And as luck would have I now have Covid according to a home test. Is this actually Covid or could I be dealing with an std since I ate her vagina after he fingered her. This is the first time and last time we have ever done something like this. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.
You're essentially asking whether it is possible to have sex with one person and get an STD from that person's recent other sex partner. The answer is no -- that has never been known to happen. I can envision a small risk after actual intercourse: had the extra guy evacuated in your wife's vagina and you then immediately had vaginal intercourse with her, maybe there would be a slight risk. But oral sex and saliva rarely transmit STDs at all, and fingering never does so -- even when genital fluids are used for lubrication. These cirumstances could not possible leave behind enough STD bacteria or viruses to transmit infection. Your wife is not at risk and neither are you. You and your wife do not need STD or HIV testing on account of these events.
Having newly acquire COVID would not have any effect on all this -- it doesn't raise the risk of HIV or other STDs.
So all is well-- you needn't worry at all about STDs or testing for them. However, do take proper care of your COVID. You should immediately inform your doctor and discuss possible treatment with Paxlovid, which significantly reduces the severity of illness and helps prevent later "long COVID".
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear. Best wishes and stay safe.

Thank you for your reply. So even with his Precum on his fingers immediately inserted into her vagina she can’t contract an STD including HIV?

Thank you very much. One last question. What do you think about the potential for scabies? Is this something we should watch for?

I see no reason scabies would be likely from these events.
That completes the two follow-up exchanges included with each question and so ends this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful. Bet wishes and stay safe.
