The facts are: Wednesday I went to a massage parlor. I pull half way thru the pants of the masseuse and I rubbed/ frottage  my penis between her but chicks after I licked and I put my tongue between the buttchicks as well. No anus contact in any of the 2 scenarios. A day before I notice a little lesion in the top part of my penis and I put vaselie( that day I rubbed  the bottom part of my penis. She perform a hand job. After.  No visible blisters saw at her buttchicks. On Sunday I notice a white bump pimple at the bottom of the penis head crown penis. No pain, no itchy it seems like on Tuesday got a bit bigger and today same size. First 2 days Sunday Monday put Vaseline. Today Wednesday still there same size. It is just one white bump,, pimple.

This could be a herpes symptom

If I go a clinic probably they will ask me to do a swap but I did before and the swap will burst the bump/pimple and I read can get worse or get an infection. 

I do have a wife and my concern will be pass on something.

Hello, I answer the herpes questions on this website, thanks for posting.

The encounter that you describe does not present a risk for the acquisition of HSV 2.  You describe not having any actual contact with the anus of this person and that's a good thing.  I'm glad that you were cautious in your contact with this person.  I don't feel that there is a risk here to infect your wife. 

Also, herpes symptoms would involve water blisters in the genitals, not pimples with white centers.  You aren't describing that.
