Dear Dr,
I had 3 experiences as follows with 2 different women during massages:
1) Mutual Masturbation where I was wearing latex glove but she was skin to skin with my penis. Then I applied condom for oral sex that she performed on me.
2) purely mutual masterbation via skin to skin. Also rubbing my penis on her chest and buttocks area. Also breathing into my penis head area. The maturation for off and on for about 25 mins and was very vigarous which caused irritation to my penis and lots of oily lotion was used during the process. I even felt burning sensation towards the end. At one point I was about to ejaculate but held it by squeezing pelvic floor but felt like kind of orgasm but no ejaculation and then we still continued and it all felt uncomfortable and I was then unable to ejaculate or stay fully erect.
3) mutual masterbation again I was wearing latex glove plus the condom for oral. In this encounter the lady was for few moments rubbing the top of my penis at urethra opening with her finger.
These encounters are now concerning me as they were in space of 10 days.  The lat one was 9 days ago and I am now suffering some concerning symptoms.
I have been having far more frequent urination, aching around bladder and behind testicles. Even getting up in the night for urination urgency on one occasion. I am late 40s age. I also feel bloated and loosing appetite and feel like I have temperature. This makes me worry about ARS or other infections.
Please could I get your assessment on risks and timelines and symptoms please for HIV or other STIs.

You have repeatedly been advised, in 10 threads over 7 years, that contacts of this sort carry no risk for HIV or other STIs. You also have been told about the forum policy against repeated questions, especially when anxiety-driven about obviously low or zero risk events. This is another of exactly the same sort. These encounters also were no risk and you do not need testing for HIV or other STDs. There will be no opportunity for follow-up comments. Here is another statement about the forum policies on such matters.

The forum does not permit repeated questions on the same topic or exposure, or types of exposure. This must be your last. Future new questions of this sort will not receive even this much reply, but will be deleted without comment and without refund of the posting fee. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is designed to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers. In addition, our experience is that continued answers to anxiety-driven questions simply prolong those anxieties, when a better option is usually to seek professional counseling. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes. Thank you for your understanding.

If you continue to have trouble understanding or believing that your activities are risk free, you might consider professional counseling to address possible underlying mental health issues the might be contributing. Best wishes to you.
