[Question #10920] lips ulcer and cunnilingus risk

I have a question about my risk. I've read many answers
about the risks of cunnilingus. Of course it's safe. Recently I went to CSW in
Thailand and had cunnilingus done with her(lick her wet vagina). During that time I had dry lips due
to the cold weather and I'm not sure if my lips were cracked while doing the
cunnilingus because sometimes there was small blood on my lips during that time. My question is, am I at risk for STIs and HIV from those small wounds while
doing cunnilingus?

Welcome back to the Forum. If this was the same brothel that you mentioned in your questions a month ago, you mentioned that the CSWs there tested regularly for HIV, making it unlikely that your partner was infected. Even if this was a different brothel and even if she had untreated HIV which is unlikely, the risk for HIV from cunnilingus is close to zero. Even conservative sources such as the US CDC suggest that the risk is less than 1 in 10,000 if your partner was infected. That your lips may have been cracked because of cold weather does not change this assessment. I see no reason to seek additional testing related to the encounter you describe here.
