[Question #10929] Worried about exposure last question

I have one more question regarding my previous questions "worrried about possible exposure". I am sorry I keep dragging my questions and I hope you take no offense in it. I know I should probably not ask this in the first place. I hope you still want to answer this. I just try to make my life in order again and i feel this can help me to put it behind me..
If the sexworker, I was intimate with, was on some kind of antibiotics which are active against syphilis at the time we met or after/ before we had intercourse. Would this present a false negative vdrl/rpr result 9 days later, meaning there could be a chancre present at the time we met? Or is it still 100 % proof there was no active syphilis present at that time?
So is it possible there was a chancre present, but because of some antibiotic, 9 days later, the vdrl/ rpr turned negative but still there was active syphilis for a few days able to transmit at the time we had intercourse?
Thanks for answering..

You should have been warned previously that further repetitive questions reflecting your OCD would not be answered. Because you weren’t warned I will reply. When this thread is closed however, no further questions on this encounter will be acccepted and should you post the thread will be closed without a response and without return of your posting fee.
Dr.Handsfield and I have both told you that you are not at risk for syphilis. These answers will not change with further “what if” questions. The lab tests provide 100% proof that you were not exposed to syphilis. Period.
FYI, if she had syphilis ( again, you have proof she did not!!!) and was on antibiotics effective for syphilis, she could not have transmitted syphilis to you.

So even if she happened to be on antibiotics while having an active syphilis chancre, the result of the vdrl/rpr test 9 days later would have been positive or indicate an infection? So negative means there was no infection despite my antibiotics worries? This will be my last question. My apologies, I will contact my counselor for a meeting to discuss my issues after this..

Thanks doctor,
Does your answer to my question also includes the fact that CLIA was positive and VDRl Negative? So the fact that CLIA antibody test was positive doesnt change your answer? Thank you for this last comment

Final answer.
This is a repetitive question. The answer will not change. There is NO evidence that you were exposed to syphilis. This is evidence that you WERE NOT. The fact that the CLIA was positive and the VDRL was negative does not change this, as was explained to you several times.
The thread is over, you should not return with further questions about this encounter. EWH
