Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our advice and for your succinct question. My reply is similar.
I suspect you know that it's your OCD speaking. You had a virtually zero risk sexual exposure with a partner who probably isn't infected with any STD. There is no STD that causes pimples anywhere on the body. All your negative test results are conclusive, including your HIV tests. It's 100% and you should not have any further tests for HIV or anything else.
I hope this response is helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Your follow-up question is irrelevant in terms of your current risk and likelihood of infection. Whether you classify the exposure you have described as zero risk or low risk doesn't matter, since your test results prove you do not have HIV or any of the other infections for which you were tested. Don't try to split hairs between such terms as "low", "zero", "virtually zero", etc in terms of STD/HIV risk. There's no real difference between them.---

First doctor I would like to thank you and say that what you are doing is incredible amazing, you can’t imagine the help which you helping us how much valuable, second I just have the following last question please:
1: usually condom sex is low risk or zero risk ?
2: has any case reported with someone who had only protected sex ?
3: is one test is enough or maybe it was fake negative after 8 weeks ?
4: is it safe 10000% to continue sex without condom with my girlfriend?

1. A properly used condom that does not break is around 99% effective against HIV and most STIs.
2. Such cases have been"reported", but almost always there are questions about the truthfulness of the report, or the condom may have not been properly used.
3. One test at 8 weeks is enough.
4. If I were in your situation, I would be continuing unprotected sex with my wife without any worry I could infect her.
