I’ve been married for over 10 years and haven’t been with anyone else in that time. I’ve been at a water park all weekend. I was wearing swim trunks with mesh liner. Today I notice small red cuts/dots on the shaft of my penisin different areas. One area looks kinda in a line. There not large maybe the size of a black head. I’ve never had anything like this before and I’m super worried. 

Also, I didn’t add could it be herpes, I haven’t had any kind of sexual encounter beside my wife in over 12 years, I’ve never had an this before could it show up 12 years later? 

This does not sound like herpes to me but you could be seen by a professional in person to have a better evaluation than I could give to you over the internet.---
