Any level over 12 is protective. You are immune to HBV infection. The vaccine has no effect on core Ab (HBcAb) or HBsAg; those negative results are to be expected.

FYI, you could have found this answer with a quick and cost-free online search. For example, google "hepatitis b surface antibody level interpretation".
Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Dr I want to ask about hpv male blood test
I had my first hpv vaccine last month and my second one today
Is the vaccine going to show up as a positive result?
Or the vaccine has nothing with the hpv blood test ?
I mean if I do the hpv blood test is it going to be accurate? Or not because I had the vaccine?

The opportunity for follow-up comments is to clarify or comment on the initial question, not for entirely new issues. And I don't know much about HIV blood tests anyway.
Congrats for being vaccinated against HPV. Howver, I have no experience with blood tests for HPV; I've never had an opportunity to use or recommend them. They are useful for epidemiologic research, but have any little or any usefulness and they are not recommended for persons with STIs or at risk. Because it's an antibody test, probably it will confirm you have antibody to the 9 HPV types covered by the vaccine and perhaps other types with which you have been infected. And even for the vaccine types, it probably cannot distinguish between antibody due to vaccination versus past infection -- and potential future reactivation -- with the same types. ---

I’m sorry I don’t know that’s I can’t ask different questions
But to clarify hpv blood test I know it’s not recommended but as I received the 2nd hpv vaccine today should I expect to be positive for the 9 types that covered by the vaccine? Or it’s going to be positive after several weeks?

I mean I noticed online they are saying after the 2nd vaccine I need 2 weeks to be protected and to show as positive

The last question
CMV test results
CMV antibody (igg) positive 0.91
CMV igm negative 0.30
What do you think about my results?
How can I know if it’s old or new ?
Is it dangerous?

I would think you would positive results for the HPV vaccine types, assuming the test is designed to detect them.
The CMV question is another change in subject. No comment -- except that you obviously are over-testing with various antibody tests!
---That concludes this thread. Best wishes and stay safe.
