Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. The exposures you describe are virtually no risk for STIs and your testing provides proof that you were not infected. The symptoms you describe a almost certainly unrelated to the encounters you describe. In reply to your specific questions:
1: is that true syphlis can be without symptoms
Yes this is true but your negative blood tests 2 months after the exposure proves that you do not have syphilis.
2: is RPR confirmed after 8 weeks
Yes, this is conclusive. You do not have syphilis and do not need further testing.
3: is the pink or red I explained is syphlis
No, your tests prove you do not have syphilis
4: there’s and chance that I have it and not showing in test
No
5: in combo test confirmed 100% after 8 weeks , or might be fulse negative due to any reason
No, your test proves that you did not get HIV from the virtually no risk encounters you described.
6: what’s the chance that the result for any STD was fulse negative
Virtually zero.
7: can u I consider 100% clean and continue sex without condom with my girlfriend
Yes, you have proven you did not acquire STIs. There is no reason related to those encounters to avoid unprotected sex with your regular partner
I encourage you to put your concerns behind you and move forward without concern. There is no reason for further testing. EWH

Hello doctor , I just wanted to thank you a lot for your quick and detailed reply , I have the last question and then we can close it , any idea if the streets of the anxiety I have can do these pink or red spot and its not related to any STD , because during the day I can find them which as I mentioned will be not more thank 5-6 in the arms and legs , sometimes it come to the back but at night it will be less and after 2 days it’s will disappear and then these will show in some another areas , I mean these are not any rash caused by any STD , right ? Thanks again and mush appreciated

The rash you described, is not due to an STI. When a rash is due to an STI, it appears and stays, it does not come and go. On the other hand, rashes associated with anxiety can come and go. Please don’t worry about STI. You have proven you did not acquire any from the encounters you described. EWH.---
