hi doctor

i had sex with sex worker and my condom broke within 10 seconds i pulled out and after 5 days when she was tested she was negative for hiv and positive for syphilis.

i did hiv test on 45th day, and it was non reactive but i dont know if it is 4th gen, it is written HIV 1 AND 2 ANTIBODIES AND P24 ANTIGEN, SCREENING TEST below it is written method : ECI , is this test conclusive should i test again.

for syphilis i did vdrl card and rpr at 41st day and it was negative also till now i dont have any sore or lump or symptoms today it is 65th day
i consulted doctor here for syphilis she said my test for syphilis is conclusive and no need of further test also since i pulled out immediately there is no chance for syphilis
can i consider this hiv test and vdrl test as conclusive doctor

i cannot upload test report image it is showing some error

Welcome back, but once again you are merely asking me to confirm all I said in your two previous threads.

Your doctor is correct. Your HIV test was an AgAb (4th generation) test and the negative result is conclusive. Your syphilis results also are conclusive. There is no need to upload the actual lab report.

Please stop worrying -- and stop testing for either HIV or syphilis.

Sorry doctor i am not able to control my anxiety thats why i asked again.

Also in my test result for hiv it is not showing 4th gen anywhere only hiv 1 and 2 antibody and p24 antigen is written and method : eci , so i was totally confused whether it is 4th or 3rd gen and conclusive or not.

Also regarding syphilis in net some places it is saying it is conclusive only at 90 days thats why i was afraid.

Although many said syphilis no need to worry it is 100% curable and vdrl will become negative after treatment, i could not sleep because of anxiety.

Thanks doctor for confirming that my test is 4th gen and it is conclusive and also syphilis 6 week test is conclusive… i can sleep properly again.

Doctor one more question just out of curiosity what is this eci method and how to know if my test is 4th gen or not

I'm sorry you are unable to control your anxiety, but there is nothing more this forum can do about that. All we can do is provide science-based facts and judgments.

There is no such thing as HIV "not showing" with the tests you had at the times you'd them. It IS 4th generation and the result IS conclusive. Stop asking about it.

No, the syphilis tests are conclusive at 6 weeks. And also true that syphilis is 100% curable.

All this is re-asking the same questions in different words. The answers will not change. If you ask the same questions yet again, the thread will be closed without further comment.
